The Analysis Of The Recurrence Characteristics And Risk Factors Of Kidney Stone In Shanxi Area

Objective:Analyses the characteristics and risks related to the recurrence of kidney stone in Shanxi area throughout the follow-up analysis of 260 postoperative patients to provide evidence which can reduce its recurrence rate.Methods:Regular follow up the chosen 260 kidney stone patients that meet the standards which visit in Chinese People's Liberation Army 264 hospital from September 2014 to September 2016,and the followed-up data include the postoperative recurrence of kidney stones and other related blood and urine biochemical.It is divided into the recurrence group and the relapse-free group according to the results,and analysis the components of the recurrence kidney stone.Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data and follow-up results of the two groups,and summarizes the recurrence of kidney stones in Shanxi region characteristics and risk factors of recurrence.Results:Among the 260 cases of patients which suffer from the kidney stone disease for the first time,there are 5 cases in the over-weight group,29 cases in the fat group,226 cases in the normal group;postoperative serum calcium in 10 people,tumors,6 of them(1 lung cancer patients,4 patients with bladder tumor,prostate cancer patients 1),2 patients with metabolic syndrome,2 patients with unknown causes,totally 3 relapsed,250 normal serum calcium.182 cases in the male patients group,78 cases in the female patients group,the ratio of male to female is about 2.3:1;the average age of onset was 42.5 + 12.4 years old in the male group,and it is 40.8 + 13.2 years old for the female group;121 cases of the left kidney stones,115 cases of the right side,23 cases of the bilateral group;237 cases of the non staghorn calculi group,24 cases of the staghorn calculi group;Respectively there were 153 cases,92 cases,15 cases among the length of< 2cm group,2~3cm group,> 3cmgroup,and the average length was 1.9cm;the longest period of follow-up was 30 months,the shortest follow-up time was 7 months,the average follow-up time was 16.9 months;there are 24 people recurrent in the 260 patients the recurrence rate was 9.2%;the shortest recurrence time was 7 months,the longest time of recurrence was 25 months,the average recurrence time was 13.5 months;there are 6 recurrence cases among the 50 cases of the 20~40 years old group,10 recurrence cases of the totally 180 cases 40 ~ 60 years old group,8 recurrence cases of the totally 20 cases older than 60 years old group;there are 18 relapse cases of the male group,6 relapse cases of the female group;3 relapse cases of the overweight group,6 relapse cases of the fat group,15 relapse cases of the normal physical group;13 relapse cases of the one-side group,11 relapse cases of the bilateral group;8 relapse cases of the staghorn calculi,16 relapse cases of the non staghorn calculi;primary renal stones <2cm group,2~3cm group,>3cm group the number of recurrence were 8 people,12 people,4 people;there are 8 recurrence people in the 18 cases hydronephrosis group,16 recurrence people in the 242 cases nonhydronephrosis group;21 people relapsed;among the 9 people suffered from urinary tract infection more than once after the operation,there 4 cases relapse;all the recurrent stones are recrudesced in oneside,the mainly component of the recurrence stone are calcium oxalate,magnesium ammonium phosphate and apatite.Conclusion:1?The recurrence rate of the kidney stone,is high in Shanxi area,it is respectively 7.8%,9.2% in the fist year and the second year.2?It is related between the age and the recurrence of kidney stone,and it is easier to relapse for the age beyond 60;there are no significant difference between the sexual factor and the recurrence rate.3?Bilateral renal calculi and staghorn calculi were more likely to recur among the patients with primary renal calculi,and the size of the long axis of the primary stone was associated with recurrence,and the recurrence rate was greater than that of the 2cm patients;4?BMI index was associated with recurrence of kidney stones,and the BMI index was more likely to recur in 25;5?High serum Ca2+ levels,long-term hydronephrosis,renal calculi after chronic urinary tract infection are an important factor in the recurrence of kidney stones;6?The recurrent stones in Shanxi area were mainly calcium oxalate stone and infectious stones(magnesium ammonium phosphate and apatite).
