Part ? Preliminary Study of Laser Sound Listener Technique monitoring sleep breath soundsObjective:Analyzing the data of nighttime sleep breath sounds by laser sound listener technique.Then compared the date with results of the mattress sleep apnea monitoring system(RS-611)to determine the feasibility and effectiveness of this technique for monitoring sleep apnea syndrome(SAS).Methods:1.11 case patients were selected as the research objects who were in the Chinese People's Liberation Army General Hospital Sleep Apnea Monitoring Center for sleep apnea monitoring during January 4,2017 to January 19,2017.Collecting the detailed information,such as age,gender,height,weight and other indicators and asking the case history.10 men and 1woman were included.The average ages of the group were 44.9±8.37 years,the average height were 171.9±7.89 centimeters(cm),the average weight were 88.8±16.11kilogram(kg)and the body mass index were 30±4.47 kg/m2 on average.2.Using laser sound listener technology and mattress sleep apnea monitoring system to collect respectively the date of same object at night 7 hours of sleep by matching the sample design method.3.To obtain the data,such as the total number of sleep apnea hypopnea,the longest time and total number of sleep apnea and hypopnea separately,via mattress sleep apnea monitoring system.4.The breath sounds of the objects during nighttime sleep were recorded by laser sound listener technique.Then analyzing the sound and sound signals via Goldwave to obtain the relevant parameters of the sleep event.5.Analyzing the data from those two methods above by rank sum test and comparing them.Results:1.There was no statistically significant in the total of sleep apnea hypopnea between those two methods.2.There was no significantly different in the longest time and total number of sleep apnea in those two manners.3.There was statistically significant in the longest time and total number of sleep low ventilation.Conclusion:1.The laser sound listener technique can record and quantitative analysis the whole sound during the sleep.2.Appled laser sound listener technology monitor continuously and analysis the respiratory sounds during sleep.Then it can be reflected the total number of sleep apnea hypopnea and apnea,and the longest time of sleep apnea.3.Compared with RS-611,the laser sound listener technique is more sensitive to low ventilation.4.The results of laser sound listener technology are consistent with the mattress sleep apnea monitoring system.Part ? Comparison of the effectiveness of Laser SoundListener Technique and Mattress Sleep Apnea Monitoring System for SASObjective:By comparing the effectiveness of laser sound listener technique and mattress sleep apnea monitoring system for monitoring sleep apnea syndrome(SAS)to provide a creativity idea and technology for the diagnosis of SAS.Methods:1.10 case patients were selected as the research objects who were in the Chinese People's Liberation Army General Hospital Sleep Apnea Monitoring Center for sleep apnea monitoring during February 6 to 19,2017.10 patients were previously diagnosed with SAS or later confirmed by mattress sleep apnea monitoring system as SAS.Collecting the detailed information,such as age,gender,height,weight and other indicators and asking the case history.All subjects were men.The average ages of the group were52.6±9.83 years,the average height were 171.5±5.42 cm,the average weight were 88.1±9.18 kg and the body mass index were 30±2.93kg/m2 on average.2.The subjects were divided into two groups randomly.The test group were monitored and recorded using laser sound listener technique.Then analyzing the sound and sound signals via Goldwave to obtain the relevant parameters of the sleep event.And the control group was monitored by mattress sleep apnea monitoring system.Both groups for 7hours of sleep events at night.3.The two sets of data were statistically analyzed by Fisher's exact probability method.Results:1.7 of 10 cases were test group.5 cases of experimental group of the monitoring results were consistent with SAS,as valid.2 cases of diagnostic results do not meet the SAS diagnosis,as invalid.The effective rate was 71.4%.There were 3 cases in the control group and the effective rate was 100%.2.There was no significantly different between the test and control group.Conclusion:1.The laser sound listener technique is charactered as high sensitive,less required indicators.2.The laser sound listener technique can be used for monitoring SAS.It provide a new and convenient way of diagnosis SAS.
