Short Term Effect Of The Bushenshengsui Prescription On The Treatment Of Non Severe Aplastic Anemia (Kidney Yin Deficiency )

Objective:The purpose of this paper is to observe the bushenshengsui prescription combined with Ciclosporin Soft Capsules and Testosterone Undecanoate Soft Capsules in the treatment of non severe aplastic anemia(kidney yin deficiency)clinical curative effect in short term,in order to determine the bushenshengsui recipe combined with western medicine for treatment of non severe aplastic anemia is indeed synergistic and attenuated effect.Methods:A randomized controlled trial method was adopted,41 patients(with non severe aplastic anemia of the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine,kidney yin deficiency TCM syndrome diagnostic criteria,and also met the inclusion and exclusion criteria),were randomly divided into two groups,21 cases in the treatment group,20 cases in the control group.The treatment group was given to Ciclosporin Soft Capsules,3-6mg/Kg,Q12h;Testosterone Undecanoate Soft Capsules,40 mg,3 times / day;bushenshengsui formula 150 ml,2 times / day,fasting.The control group was given Ciclosporin Soft Capsules,3-6mg/Kg,Q12 h,Testosterone Undecanoate Soft Capsules,40 mg,3 times /day.Two groups were treated for a period of 6 months.In the course of the experiment,the Chinese herbal medicine,Chinese patent medicine and so on,which can not be used in the same way,are similar to the kidney nourishing decoction.Observe two groups of patients before and after treatment of peripheral blood cells [white blood cell(WBC),hemoglobin(HB),platelet(PLT)and reticulocyte(RET),TCM syndrome(clinical symptoms)changes and adverse reactions.Results:Curative effect evaluation:(1)curative effect: the total effective rate of the treatment group(remission + obvious progress)was 85.7%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 60%.There were significant differences between the two groups(P <0.05).(2)peripheral blood(WBC,HB,PLT comparison,RET count): the counts of WBC,HB,PLT and RET in the peripheral blood of the two groups had significant difference before and after treatment(P < 0.05),it can be considered that only the western medicine group and the combination therapy group of Chinese and Western medicine are effective to the peripheral blood WBC,HB,PLT and RET in patients with NSAA,but the degree of the four indexes is different: there were significant differences in HB and RET counts of peripheral blood between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05).It can be concluded that t the bushenshengsui prescription combined with western medicine treatment group can obviously improve TCM syndromes(clinical symptoms)in patients compared with western medicine control group only.However,there was no significant difference in the number of WBC and PLT(P >0.05),namely the bushenshengsui recipe combined with western medicine treatment of NSAA mainly on peripheral erythroid cells increased compared with the ideal.(3)TCM syndrome: Chinese and Western medicine treatment group,the total effective rate was 85.7%,control group total effective rate was65%,the two groups had statistical significance difference between TCM syndrome(P<0.05),can be considered bushenshengsui recipe combined with western medicine treatment group compared with control group of Western medicine can significantly improve the patients' TCM syndrome(Clinical symptoms).Conclusion:1.Chinese medicine combined with western medicine group and Western medicinealone can increase the non severe aplastic anemia(kidney yin deficiency)in peripheral blood of patients with WBC,HB,PLT,RET count.2.Chinese medicine combined with western medicine group increased in non severe aplastic anemia(kidney yin deficiency)in peripheral blood of patients with HB,and RET group is better than single western medicine.3.Traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients(mainly TCM syndrome).4.traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine can reduce adverse reactions.
