Objective: To evaluate the nutritional status of children with nueroblastoma(NB),to analyze nutritional indicators,to provide nutritional support for children with malnutrition, and to report the incidence of postoperative complications, hospitalization time,Cost and other health economics indicators to clarify the importance of nutritional support for the treatment of children with tumor therapy. Methods: A total of 128 children with neuroblastoma were selected from October2010 to December 2016 in accordance with the STRONGkids Nutritional Risk Screening Scale, and 22 patients were given up treatment There are 8 cases of interruption of tumor treatment in 4 cases,10 cases of interruption of nutritional therapy),so the data included in this group of children only 106 cases, according to their families will be divided into nutritional support treatment group 52 cases,non-nutritional support group 54 cases,The nutritional status of the two groups of children at the time of initial diagnosis was evaluated, and the nutritional support group was followed up.The patients were divided into two groups: postoperative complications, postoperative complications, nutritional indicators, average hospitalization time, average hospitalization Times, total hospitalization costs, unplanned rehospitalization rates, and other health economics indicators.Results:(1)Dietary survey: According to the results of the dietary survey,106 children with newly diagnosed NB were enrolled in this study, suggesting that the average energy intake of protein and protein in all children with NB was lower than the daily recommended intake of energy and protein(P <0.05).There were no significant differences between the two groups(P> 0.05).There were 50 cases(50.2%)of the total malnutrition, accounting for 47.2% of the total malnutrition,;The fourth course of chemotherapy: total malnutrition in 42 cases, accounting for 39.6%,compared with the two groups after chemotherapy were statistically significant(P <0.05).Indicating that after standardized nutrition support treatment, children in the entire diagnosis and treatment process, the incidence of malnutrition gradually reduced.(2)physical examination and biochemical indicators: the two groups of patients at the time of initial diagnosis, after the implementation of tumor resection and after the fourth chemotherapy were monitored, including physical monitoring indicators and blood biochemical indicators, such as body weight, height, body mass index(Hemoglobin,Hb),Alb(Albumin, albumin),the former white(white),the thickness of the skin Protein(Prealbumin,Pre-alb),lymphocyte count(L),creatinine(Cr).(P> 0.05).However,the levels of BMI,MUCA and TSFT in the nutrition support group were higher than those in the non-nutritional support group(P <0.05),and the serum biochemical indexes(Hb)were not significantly different between the two groups(P> 0.05)(P <0.05).After the fourth postoperative chemotherapy, the anthropometric indexes and serum biochemical indexes of the nutritional support group were also higher than those of the non-nutritional support group(P <0.05).(3)Complications: There were no surgical accidents and anesthesia accidents in the two groupsduring the operation. There were 1 case of wound dehiscence and infection in the postoperative nutritional support group, and 5 cases of non-nutritional support group.(P <0.05);(4)Health Economics: The average hospital stay in the nutrition support group was higher than that in the non-nutritional support group(P <0.05),and the incidence of respiratory tract infection was lower than that of the non-nutritional support group(P <0.05)The number of hospitalizations in the nutritional support group was lower than that in the non-nutritional support group, and the total hospitalization cost of the nutrition support group was lower than that of the non-nutritional support group. The unplanned hospitalization rate of the nutrition support group was lower than that of the non-nutritional support group. Conclusion: 1.This group of data shows that the newly diagnosed neuroblastoma in children with a higher rate of malnutrition, need clinicians attention, but in the diagnosis and treatment process,if the implementation of standardized nutrition support treatment, can improve the nutritional status of children(Such as gastrointestinal reactions, bone marrow suppression and wound dehiscence and infection, etc.),improve the quality of malnutrition significantly reduced;2.Standardized nutritional support can reduce the children with NB due to surgery, chemotherapy brought a variety of complications(such as gastrointestinal reactions,Pediatric resistance to surgery and chemotherapy.3.Standardized nutritional support treatment can reduce NB hospital costs, reduce unplanned rehospitalization rate, shorten the length of stay, speed up the ward turnover,so that medical resources to be better use.
