Objective : Explore the estrogen receptor(ER)and progesterone receptor(PR)expression changes and clinical significance Before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy of breast cancer.Method:Retrospective analysis of 208 cases from 2011 to 2015 in the first affiliated hospital of chongqing medical university who accept neoadjuvant chemotherapy of breast cancer, including the expression of ER,PR in core biopsy before neoadjuvant chemotherapy and specimens after surgery, followed up the usage of endocrine therapy, and use statistical methods for survival analysis and evaluation of prognosis.Result:The inconsistence of the expression of ER and PR Before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy is about 21.2%,kappa value was 0.519,prompt the consistency of HR before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy is poor, the loss of HR more significantly after neoadjuvant chemotherapy(14.3%),HR before neoadjuvant chemotherapy positive patients with endocrine therapy on DFS and OS significantly superior to that patients of HR negative before neoadjuvant chemotherapy,HR positive after neoadjuvant chemotherapy(P < 0.05),meantime,the patients of HR negative before neoadjuvant chemotherapy,HR positive after neoadjuvant chemotherapy and the patients of HR negative before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy unused endocrine therapy on DFS and OS with no significant differences. Conclusion:For HR expression changes of patients before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy, neoadjuvant HR positive patients before neoadjuvant chemotherapy with endocrine therapy curative effect is superior to these patients of HR negative before neoadjuvant chemotherapy,HR positive after neoadjuvant chemotherapy, who are less of endocrine therapy efficacy, prompt neoadjuvant chemotherapy may increase the rate of false positives.
