Study On The Quality Standard And Pharmacological Activity Of Zaoweishen Granules

Zaoweishen granules was a novel sedative and tranquilizing compound preparation that composed of Panax ginseng,Schisandra chinensis and Ziziphi spinosae.The preparation technology of Zaoweishen granules was studied.In this paper,the quality standard and related pharmacological activities were studied.The study of quality standard included the identification of ginseng,Schisandra chinensis,and Ziziphi spinosae,and the determination of the content of the index components in three kinds of traditional Chinese medicine.TLC was used to qualitatively identify the three herbs in the Zaoweishen granules.The contents of ginsenoside Rg1,Re,Rb1 and jujube saponins A,B,spinosae and six kinds of Schisandra lignans in granules were determined by HPLC.The above experiments were aimed at establishing a scientific,reasonable,reliable and feasible quality standard to more fully control its quality.Study on the pharmacological activity of Zaoweishen granules,include sedative and hypnotic effects,antidepressant effect,effects on learning and memory ability of mice,anti-fatigue and hypoxia tolerance in mice.The results showed that Zaoweishen granules could obviously improve the sleep state of mice,sedative and hypnotic effect significantly,and had better antidepressant and improved learning and memory ability in mice,and could significantly improve the exercise tolerance of mice and effectively alleviate the fatigue state.The prescription of ginseng and Schisandra Chinese herbal medicine for Jilin province is rich in resources,all the way to calm and soothe the nerves of the main effect,qi and blood supplement,intended to improve the modern people under a variety of sub-health conditions under pressure.
