Rehabilitation Training And Evaluation System Based On Virtual Driving Experience

In recent years,due to increased social aging,stroke hemiplegia brought about by the increasing number of patients with limb dysfunction,which not only increased the burden on society,but also affected the normal life of patients.The use of robots for rehabilitation training,to meet the basic requirements of rehabilitation training patients to reduce the workload of doctors,but the training process boring.Because virtual reality technology has the advantages of multi-perception,immersion and interactivity,the application of virtual reality technology to rehabilitation training can make training more interesting and increase the initiative of patient rehabilitation.In this paper,the rehabilitation training and evaluation system based on the virtual driving experience is designed for the upper limb rehabilitation training platform designed and developed by the project team.The main work is as follows:(1)Design a sports task-oriented virtual environmentA number of training tasks based on virtual driving experience were designed for the upper limb and ankle motor dysfunction of stroke patients.According to the needs of rehabilitation training,the design of multi-mode training of the virtual environment.In order to more adapt to the training needs of patients,to study a dynamic configuration of action-oriented virtual gold coins method.(2)Study the data collection and processing of rehabilitation trainingRehabilitation training data collection is an important part of rehabilitation training,is the basis of rehabilitation assessment.According to the needs of rehabilitation training data acquisition,the exercise function of the training device is analyzed,the types of data need to be collected in rehabilitation training are determined,and th e data collection scheme is designed.Research point of view of the data collection program and the specific realization of the data and processing.Finally,the method of colliding information acquisition in virtual scene is studied,and the collision is analyzed.Finally,the collision detection is realized in the virtual environment.Data collection for rehabilitation training prepares for subsequent rehabilitation assessments.(3)Evaluate the effectiveness of rehabilitation training modelEvaluation of the patient's rehabilitation is an important part of the rehabilitation process.According to the theory of rehabilitation medicine,the evaluation index system of rehabilitation training is constructed.Using AHP to Determine the Evaluation Model of Rehabilitation Training.In the course of performing the virtual training task,the training data collected by the training institution are analyzed and calculated,and the evaluation indexes of the evaluation system are obtained.The evaluation effect of the evaluation model is used to evaluate the training effect of the patients.As a basis for the development of the next rehabilitation program.
