Objective: Research mainly is to further demonstrate the BDNF? Ets-1 gene proteins in epithelial serous ovarian cancer with the relationship between the clinical pathological characteristics and the correlation between the two gene proteins.Research of relations of BDNF?Ets-1 in epithelial serous ovarian cancer tissue occurrence and development.Methods: By immunohistochemistry and Western Blot method to detect the expression of both BDNF?Ets-1 gene proteins in epithelial serous ovarian cancer paraffin section and fresh ovarian tissue,the relationship between two genes and clinical pathologic characteristics(clinical stage?differentiation?lymph node metastasis?distant metastasis?age?etc),the relationship of two gene proteins expressed in epithelial serous ovarian cancer tissue.Results:1.The positive expression of BDNF in normal ovarian tissue at a rate of 15%,on the border between positive expression rate was 40% in ovarian tissue,in epithelial serous ovarian cancer tissue positive expression rate of 67%,mainly in the cytoplasm.Thus it can be seen in malignant ovarian tissue in the positive expression rate is highest,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.The expression of BDNF in epithelial serous ovarian cancer tissue has the relevance with clinical stage(P = 0.001),with or without distant metastases(P = 0.004),with and without lymph node metastasis(P = 0.000)and tissue differentiation degree(P = 0.044),the difference was statistically significant,(P < 0.05),no obvious relation with age(P > 0.05).BDNF is highly expressed in the late clinical stage,distant metastasis and lymph node metastasis,the low degree of differentiation.BDNF is in low levels in the early clinical stage,distant metastasis,lymph node metastasis,high degree of tissue differentiation.3.Ets-1 in ovarian benign organization positive expression rate of 22%,on the border between positive expression rate was 44% in ovarian tissue,in epithelial serous ovarian cancer tissues positive expression rate is 50%,mainly in the interstitial cells,a small amount is located in the nucleus.It can be seen that expression of the Ets-1 has an obvious difference in three different ovarian tissue,between the three groups of X2 = 2.0,P = 0.000,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.The expression of the Ets-1 in epithelial serous ovarian cancer expression has the relevance with the clinical stage(P = 0.024),the presence of distant metastases(P = 0.000),with and without lymph node metastasis(P = 0.003)and tissue differentiation degree(P = 0.001),the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.005),no obvious relation with age(P > 0.05).Ets-1 is highly expressed in the late clinical stage,distant metastasis and lymph node metastasis,the low degree of differentiation.The expression level of Ets-1 is low in the early clinical stage,without distant metastasis,without lymph node metastasis and low degree of differentiation or almost no expression.5.By Spearman correlation analysis,with the expression of BDNF in the epithelial serous ovarian cancer tissue increasing,Ets-1 expression is also high,and with the increase of ovarian malignant degree,BDNF? Ets-1 gene protein expression will increase,P = 0.041,There was a positive correlation between the expression of both in the epithelial serous ovarian cancer tissue(r=0.447,P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.The expression of BDNF? Ets-1 gene proteins is high in epithelial serous ovarian cancer tissue increased,and with the increase of malignant degree,the level of expression is higher,Which indicates BDNF,Ets-1 may participate in the process of the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer.2.The expression level of BDNF? Ets – 1 in correlation with prognostic factors in patients with ovarian cancer,indicating BDNF?Ets-1 may affect the prognosis of patients.Inhibit the expression of the two genes protein could become an important treatment method for the treatment of ovarian cancer in the future.3.By Spearman correlation analysis,with the expression of BDNF in the epithelial serous ovarian cancer tissue increasing,Ets-1 expression is also high,and with the increase of ovarian malignant degree,BDNF?
