Objective:To discuss the relationship between PDE4 D SNP(rs1544791)and childhood bronchial asthma in Chinese Han population.Methods: The case-control study was used in this research.First,from January 2014 to December 2015,132 children with bronchial asthma of Han nationality were enrolled in the Affiliated Hospital of Qiingdao Universitywe,and 181 healthy children,as a control group.Then the peripheral leucocyte DNA of the research subjects were extracted,amplified by PCR and connected with the fluorescently-labeled specific probe by the ligase,after the modification of the exonuclease and restriction endonuclease.We distinguished the gene locus by the capillary electrophoresis.Finally,the difference of genotype and the variation of allele frequencies were analyzed by Chi-square test.Results: The distributions of PDE4 D SNP(rs1544791)in asthma and control group are in accordance with the Hardy Weinberg Equilibrium.There are no difference in the distributions of three genotype(TT,CT and CC)and allele frequencies in PDE4 D SNP(rs1544791)between asthma and control group(all P>0.05).Conclusion: There are no relationship between PDE4 D SNP(rs1544791)and childhood bronchial asthma in Chinese Han population.
