The Clinical Study Of Candesartan And Rosuvastin In Patients Undergoing Atrial Fibrillation Of Radiofrequency Ablation

Objective:To investigate the effect of candesartan and rosuvastin on the recurrence of atrial fibrillation,as well as left atrial diameter,Pro BNP and hs-CRP in patients with atrial fibrillation undergoing radiofrequency ablation.Methods:100 patients with atrial fibrillation received radiofrequency ablation.Patients were divided to four group by random number table,control group,candesartan group,rosuvastin group,combined group,25 cases in each.Patients in control group only take the conventional drugs.Patients in candesartan group took candesartan 8mg every day.Patients in rosuvastin group took rosuvastin 10 mg every day.Patients in combined group received rosuvastin 10 mg and candesartan 8mg every day.The left atrial diameter,serum Pro BNP and hs-CRP level were detected 1 week before and 48 h,1 month,3 months,6 months,9months after radiofrequency ablation.At the same time,atrial fibrillation recurrence change can be observed by symptoms of patients,12-lead surface EKG and Holter,Results:After radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation,all groups' left atrial diameter,the serum Pro BNP and hs-CRP level was significantly reduced.But after 1 month,3 months,between the four groups had no significant difference(P>0.05),after 6 months there were significant differences(P<0.05),especially the combined group.On the recurrence rate of atrial fibrillation combined group significantly lower than the control group.Among control group,candesartan group and rosuvastin group had no significant difference(P>0.05),but tend to be significantly lower trends in candesartan group and rosuvastin group.Conclusions: Candesartan which can inhibit atrial remolding could reduce the left atrial diameter.Rosuvastin which can reduce the inflammatory response could reduce the concentration of hs-CRP,combined group can significantly reduce serum the Pro BNP level,compared with that in the other groups.It shows that candesartan and rosuvastin could get better results than single drug.In patients undergoing radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation,candesartan combined with rosuvastin could significanlyt reduce the recurrence rate.Left atial remolding and inflammatory response may be important mechanisms in the maintainence of atrial fibrillation.
