Objective:Detection of 01,2011 01 solstice jan 01,2016 in ningxia medical university general hospital liver and gallbladder surgery after surgery, postoperative pathological diagnosis of malignant tumor of pancreas tumor tissues Ki67,the expression of P16 and CK7,analyze its expression and the clinical pathologic features and prognosis of pancreatic malignant tumor patients. Methods:Using immunohistochemical staining method, the detection of 48 cases of pancreatic malignant tumor, and 15 cases of tissue adjacent to carcinoma Ki67,the expression of P16 and CK7 situation, analysis of Ki67?P16,CK7 protein expression of high and low and pancreas relations between the clinical pathologic features and prognosis of patients with malignant tumor.Results:1.Included in the study of 48 cases of pancreatic malignancy patients survival:1 to 60 months, the MST = 13 months(95%CI:7.42 15.36 months),the average survival time 13.9 months(95%CI:10.21 16.96 months). The positive rates of Ki67,P16,and CK7 in pancreatic malignancies were 72.91%,%,39.58%,and 47.9%.The rates of expression of Ki67,P16,and CK7 in cancer were:20%,6.67%,66.67%.The positive expression rates of Ki67 and P16 in pancreatic malignancies were significantly higher than those of the pancreatic malignancies group(P<0.05).No significant changes were seen in the CK7 protein-tumor group and the adjacent group, and the statistical nonsense(P>0.05).3.(1)the expression of Ki67 with TNM staging of the tumor, the degree of differentiation, significant correlation(P value were 0.021,0.021,and the expression of P16 and patient's age, tumor size,TNM stages, differentiation degree of significant correlation(P values are:0.018,0.000,0.016,0.000.The expression of CK7 is low in neuroendocrine tumors and high expression in adenocarcinoma, and there is a significant statistical significance of the value of the two:0.011.(2)the two or two of the immunohistochemical chromaticity indicators were negatively correlated with the expression of the P16 and the expression of the P16.4,the single factor analysis showed that age, tumor differentiation degree, the expression of Ki67 degree, the degree of the expression of P16,TMN staging is the important factors influencing the pancreatic malignancy patients survival period.Cox multifactor analysis showed that Ki67 was independent risk factors for pancreatic malignancy.Conclusion:1,pancreas Ki67 in malignant tumor, the expression of P16 was significantly negative correlation,a further sign of pancreas and malignant biological behavior of tumor is more genes, and outcome of combined action of many factors.2,Ki67,P1 6 and TNM staging of pancreatic malignancy, tissue differentiation has obvious correlation, high Ki67 express a greater degree of malignant tumor, low P16 expression, impact on survival in patients with larger, and to judge the degree of progress and prognosis of pancreatic cancer has important value.3,Ki67,lymph node metastasis, tumor size was the independent factors affecting the prognosis of patients with pancreatic tumor survival and to provide certain information to judge the prognosis of patients with pancreatic tumor.4,CK7 expression and relevance to the source of tumor tissue, expressed in pancreatic cancer is high, the lower the expression in neuroendocrine tumor,to find the primary malignant tumor or metastatic foci of source organization has certain help.Conclusion:1.the expression of Ki67 and P16 in pancreatic tumor tissues was negatively correlated, and the expressions of Ki67 and P16 were significantly correlated with TNM staging and tissue differentiation of pancreatic tumors.2 and Ki67 are independent prognostic factors in pancreatic cancer patients.3:The expression of CK7 is higher in adenocarcinoma, but lower in neuroendocrine tumors.
