Objective Observed clinical safety and efficacy of interventional revascularization for patients with hyperacute ischemic stroke in our hospital,to provide theoretical basis for the improvement of interventional revascularization and the quality of green channel. Methods Retrospective analysis Patients who diagnosed with hyperacute ischemic stroke in the General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University, from January 2016 to the December2016.We collected data on clinical features, recanalization time, and NIHSS score(preoperative,intraoperative,24 hours postoperative,3 days postoperative,a week postoperatively,2 weeks postoperatively,3 months postoperatively)to evaluate the degree of neurological deficit.Immediately mTICI score, and imaging examination(include brain CT,CTA,MRI,MRA)of postoperatively are used to observe the clinical safety and efficacy of interventional revascularization.Besides,we also collect all aspects time of patients from admission to postoperative, and compared with the standard time management of green channel flow for stroke. Results Compared with the standard time management of green channel flow for stroke, the compliance rate for patients from admission to complete CT examination is 22%,from admission to arterial sheath is 36.4%,from arterial sheath to start arterial thrombosis or thrombolysis and to vascular recanalization are qualified. However, the time for patients from admission to start intravenous thrombolysis is non-compliance.According to the mTICI,successful recanalization is 72.7%,and symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage rate is about37.5%.Preoperative,intraoperative,3 days postoperative,a week postoperatively,2 weeks postoperatively,3 months postoperatively, the NIHSS score decreased gradually, and thedifference of each time is significant(p < 0.05).After 90 days, according to m RS scores, favorable prognosis is about 62.5%,unfavorable prognosis is about 12.5%,and death rate is25%.With the patients who successful recanalization, the favorable prognosis rate is about62.5%,unfavorable prognosis is about 12.5%,and death rate is 25%.Patients with unsuccessful recanalization,no patients with favorable prognosis, unfavorable prognosis is33.3%,and death rate is 66.7%.With the 8 successful recanalization patients,4 patients take CTA or MRA examination, and none of them have vascular reocclusion. Conclusion 1.Compared with the standard time management of green channel flow for stroke, the compliance rate for patients from arterial sheath to start arterial thrombosis or thrombolysis and to vascular recanalization are qualified;2.Interventional revascularization for patients with hyperacute ischemic stroke in our hospital with a better clinical safety and efficacy;3.Interventional revascularization could improve recanalization rate, successful recanalization may have a favorable prognosis.
