Clinical Application Of Detection On Serum Ferritin In The Patients With Chronic Hepatitis B

Objective By gathering in infectious diseases department of ningxia medical university in serum of patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB)and cirrhosis of the liver,comparison the difference of serum ferritin(SF)levels in patients with chronic hepatitis b(CHB)and different liver function classification in patients with cirrhosis.To have a detailed understanding of the relationship between ferritin and disease progression,and to provide certain reference in the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis in patients with hepatitis b cirrhosis of the liver and curative effect evaluation.Methods Selected 22 patients with chronic hepatitis B(control group),72 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis of the liver(experimental group)with advanced,and divided them into the Child-pugh,group A(30 cases),group B(24 cases),and group C(18 cases)according to the the classification standard of Child-pugh.Detection the serum ferritin(SF)levels in the patients with chronic hepatitis B and liver cirrhosis(LC),comparing the relationship between ferritin level and the classification standard of Child-pugh.Analysis serum ferritin(SF)levels in patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB)and liver cirrhosis(LC),the difference between patients with iiver cirrhosis(LC)in different classification of the standard of Child-pugh.Results(1)Chronic hepatitis B patients serum ferritin level points comparedwith hepatitis B cirrhosis group,differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Respectively the Child A,B,C three groups of patients with serum ferritin level comparison,Child class B patients serum ferritin level is the Child A grade levels,statistically significant difference(P < 0.05),the Child patients with grade C had elevated levels of serum ferritin levels are Child class B,statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion Serum ferritin(SF)level detection can assess severity of hepatitis B liver cirrhosis(LC),different severity of hepatitis B patients with cirrhosis serum ferritin level is different.Serum ferritin(SF)levels and liver damage is parallel relationship,liver cell damage is heavier,the higher the value of serum ferritin(SF).
