Objective To observe the levels of serum H2 S,ROS and NF-kappa B in patients with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma, and to explore its clinical significance. Methods 60 patients with bronchial asthma in Ningxia Peoples`s hospital from the May 2015 to January 2017 were selected, patients are in line with the "Guidelines for prevention and treatment of bronchial asthma in China(Basic Edition)".60 healthy subjects were selected in the same period. The age,sex and body mass index(BMI)of the patients in the two groups were matched. There was no smoking history between the two groups. The study was divided into 3 groups before treatment group(treatment group),treatment group and normal control group.Definition of the treatment group: in the group after the treatment group of 60 patients with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma treated with inhalation, intravenous drip Bbu Di Ned Fumo Tero doxofylline antispasmodic and other conventional treatment(not including the use of vitamins and drugs)reached the discharge standards for the treatment group.According to the criteria of severity of asthma edited from Guidelines for prevention and treatment of bronchial asthma in China(Basic Edition),the patients were divided into two groups: mild group(n=28)and moderate to severe group(n = 32).The application of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was measured before treatment group, treatment group and normal control group serum ROS,H2 S and NF-? Blevel in acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma, and the level of NF-?B and H2 S,before treatment serum ROS,forced expiratory volume in the first second percentage of predicted value(FEV1%),peak expiratory flow(peak expiratory flow,PEF),asthma control score(asthma control, test,ACT)correlation analysis.Results1.There was no significant difference in age,sex and body mass index(Body mass index,BMI)in the patients with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma(P < 0.05).2.The changes of serum H2 S,ROS and NF-kappa B levels before and after treatment in patients with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma were compared between the three group:1)compared with normal control group serum H2S[(37.56 + 4.45)nmol/ml] levels than before treatment serum H2 S [(19.66 + 6.06)nmol/ml] decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.05),serum H2S[(24.37 + 8.31)nmol/ml] level significantly increased(P<0.05),but still significantly lower than the normal control group the serum levels of H2S[(37.56 + 4.45)nmol/ml] level(P<0.05).2)Compared with the control group NF-kappa B[(8.63 + 2.51)ng/ml] levels than before treatment serum NF-kappa B[(14.41 + 2.57)ng/ml] abnormally high levels(P<0.05)after treatment, serum NF-kappa B[(12.36 + 1.75)ng/ml] level was significantly decreased(P<0.05),but was still significantly higher than the normal control group serum NF-kappa B[(8.63 + 2.51)ng/ml] level(P<0.05).3)Compared with normal control group serum ROS[(285.90 + 69.52)IU/ml] levels than before treatment serum ROS[(580.28 + 94.66)IU/ml] abnormally high levels(P<0.05),after treatment of serum ROS[(382.38 + 86.88)IU/ml] level was significantly decreased(P<0.05),but still significantly higher than the normal control group ROS[(285.90 + 69.52)IU/ml]level(P<0.05).3.sub layer analysis: according to the "guidelines for the prevention and treatment of bronchial asthma(2016 Edition)" in the severity grading criteria before treatment group 60 cases were divided into mild group and severe group found in acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma: mild H2S[(25.08±3.57)nmol/ml] level was higher than that in the severe group H2S[(14.92±3.00)nmol/ml]level(P<0.05);the mild group ROS[(509.03±81.46)IU/ml] ?NF-?B[(12.47±1.84)ng/ml] levels were significantly lower in severe ROSROS[(642.63±51.74)IU/ml]?NF-?B[(16.12±1.81)ng/ml] level(P <0.05).4.acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma before treatment the serum levels of H2 S and FEV1% PRED,PEF,ACT score were positively correlated(r=0.869,r=0.623,r=0.799,P<0.05);acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma patients before treatment, the level of serum ROS and FEV1% PRED,PEF PRED,ACT scores were negatively correlated(r=-0.875r=-0.564,r=-0.723,P<0.01);acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma patients before treatment with NF-kappa B and FEV1% PRED,PEF PRED,ACT scores were negatively correlated(r=-0.736,r=-0.535,r=-0.675,P<0.05).5.the positive correlation between serum ROS and serum H2 S in patients with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma(r=-0.837,P<0.05),serum ROS was positively correlated with serum NF-kappa B(r= 0.755,P<0.05).Conclusion ROS,NF-kappa B are involved in oxidative stress in bronchial asthma occurrence, development, and endogenous H2 S may inhibit the generation of ROS and NF-?B activity and play a role in anti-oxidation,oxidant / antioxidant imbalance in the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma.ROS and endogenous H2 S may be two clinical value monitoring index of severity and control in bronchial asthma.
