The Analysis Of The Early Repolarization Pattern In People With Left Ventricular False Tendons

Objective:This study sought to determine the relationship between left ven-tricular false tendon and early repolarization wave,and to explore whether the three types early repolarization wave were the same in two groups.Methods:The participants aged 18-40,from Ningxia people's Hospital,were screened by echocardiography,in May to November 2016.Collected the general information,such as name,gender,age,electrocardiogram examination,simple inquiry,record history,family history.Screened early repolarization pattern,and record the related indexes in the ECG.Results:(1)We collected left ventricular false tendons people were 276,aged 18-40 years old,the male were 76.4%,the rate of LVFTs incidence was higher in male,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).We obtained early re?polarization from ECG were 98/276;In the contral group we obtained early repo-larization wave 36/300.Chi square test showed that lvft group occurred early re-polarization wave was significantly higher than normal control group(P<0.05).(2)The number of each type of early repolarization wave were 8,76,14 in the LVFT group,compared of the control group in 6,24,6.Chi square test showed that? type,? type early repolarization wave was high in LVFT group(P<0.05),while the ? type early repolarization wave in lvft group and normal control group have no difference(P>0.05).(3)Comparison two groups of ECG,PR interval,QTc showed no significant difference(P>0.05);heart rate,P duration,QRS du-ration were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:LVFT incidence rate is higher in male than female;LVFT is an independent predictor of early repolarization wave occurred.Incidence rate of early repolarization wave caused by left ventricular false tendons was 35.5%;Among left ventricular false tendons chordate,? type early repolarization wave was the highest incidence rate.? type early repolarization wave was higher than that in normal group.The P wave duration and QRS duration were prolonged in the LVFTs group.
