PurposeTo understand the bone mineral density and estradiol level in female patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, and to analyze the changes of bone mineral density and estradiol level in benign paroxysmal paroxysmal patients with different age groups, and to explore the possibility of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo Etiology?MethodsCollected in October 2015-February 2017 in the hospital in Ningxia Medical University General Hospital and Ningxia Medical University Hospital of Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Disease Hospital of Otolaryngology head and neck surgery outpatient vertigo in patients with basic information, the final diagnosis of 80 cases of women with BPPV patients were measured for bone mineral density,T value score(T value for bone density and young healthy population compared with the same population)and estradiol(estradiol,E)levels, collected Ningxia Medical University General Hospital and Ningxia Medical University Hospital heart and cerebrovascular disease hospital centralized health examination of patients with basic information, and ultimately included in 52 cases of healthy control group of women,to collect their measured bone density,T score and estradiol and other related information, compared with 80 cases of female BPPV Whether the bone mineraldensity,T value and estradiol levels were different from those of 52 healthy subjects with bone mineral density,T value and estradiol levels.Bone mineral density measurement: The lumbar vertebrae was scanned using a dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry(DXA).The bone mineral density of the lumbar vertebrae1,the lumbar spine 2,the lumbar vertebrae 3 and the lumbar vertebrae 4 were obtained. The bone mineral density was g / cm2 and the T value was obtained from the comparison with the young healthy population.Determination of estradiol levels: estradiol levels were measured by competitive immunoassay with ADVIA Centaur XP ADV Estradiol(e E2),an expert of the German ADVIA Centaur XP immunoassay.estradiol units were pg / ml,the reference range:11.8-3000 pg / ml,follicular phase(19.50-144.20),ovulation period(63.90-356.70),luteal phase(55.80-214.20),menopause(0.00-32.20).According to the characteristics of female physiological cycle changes,80 cases of female benign paroxysmal positional vertigo group <45 years of age for the premenopausal group,45-55 years of age for the menopausal group,> 55 years of age for the postmenopausal group.Fifty-two healthy women were also divided into three groups.Differences in bone mineral density,T value and estradiol levels between benign and paroxysmal paroxysmal at different age groups and bone mineral density,T value and estradiol levels were found in healthy subjects. To analyze the correlation between bone mineral density,T value and estradiol level in80 cases of female patients with benign paroxysmal paroxysmal vertigo, and the correlation between bone mineral density,T value and estradiol level in 52 healthy women.Results80 cases of BPPV female, aged 34-78 years, mean age 54.82 ± 10.77 years, menopause and postmenopausal women ratio: 75%(60/80).Healthy physical examination control group of 52 women, aged 26-74 years, mean age 51.78 ± 12.45 years old.The proportion of menopausal and postmenopausal women was 73.1%(38/52).Two groups of age independent samples t test P = 0.168,P> 0.05.Premenopausal,postmenopausal,postmenopausal BPPV group bone mineral density,T value, estradiol and control group data through independent samples t test P <0.05.BPPV group BMD,estradiol,T value correlation analysis P <0.05,control group estradiol and T value correlation analysis P> 0.05.Conclusion1.Premenopausal,perimenopausal and postmenopausal female benign paroxysmal positional vertigo is associated with decreased bone mineral density2.Premenopausal,perimenopausal and postmenopausal female benign paroxysmal positional vertigo is associated with a decrease in estradiol levels...
