Purpose and Significance:Traditional Chinese herbal medicine is the drug of multi-medicinal ingredients,is commonly used drugs of the treatment of sports injuries,It selected traditional ? Chinese Pharmacopoeia? 2015 Edition of 202 kinds of commonly used sports injury single taste.calcium(Ca)? zinc(Zn)?manganese(Mn)?sodium(Na)?potassium(K)?magnesium(Mg)?sulfur(S)and chlorine(Cl)were used to determine the contents of eight elements,It studied the relationship between eight elements and eight functional indications(efficacy)of blood circulation,dampness,hemostasis,heat,swelling,qi,tonic and analgesia.It provides the data basis for the clinical practice research and basic application research of the selection of single Chinese medicine for the treatment of different acute and chronic sports injuries,the prescription drug,the compound medicine and the traditional Chinese medicine.Research methods:To explore the relationship between the eight kinds of elements and the content of eight kinds of elements in the traditional Chinese medicine,the content was measured by using AA-6650 atomic absorption spectrophotometer on the "Chinese Pharmacopoeia" of a 202 taste commonly used exercise injury single taste of traditional Chinese medicine in the calcium,zinc,manganese,sodium,potassium,magnesium,sulfur,chlorine 8 elements,and by using Excel2016 and SPSS21.0 and other software for statistical analysis.Research result:(1)potassium content of the median is the highest in 25 kinds of blood medicine,followed by the median content of Calcium.There was a significant difference between the contents of potassium and zinc,manganese,sulfur andchlorine(P<0.01).In the correlation analysis,there was a significant positive correlation between magnesium and potassium,sulfur and chlorine s(P<0.01),there was a significant negative correlation between the content of manganese and magnesium and sulfur(P<0.05).And there is a certain correspondence between blood circulation and potassium,magnesium and sulfur.(2)In the 33 taste dampness medicine,the calcium content of the median is the highest,potassium content is the second.There was a significant difference between the contents of calcium and zinc,manganese,sodium,potassium,chlorine(P<0.01).In the correlation analysis,there was a significant positive correlation between zinc and manganese,sodium,potassium and magnesium,sulfur and magnesium in sulfur and chlorine(P<0.01),there was a significant negative correlation between the content of zinc and potassium(P<0.01).There is a certain relationship between dampness and manganese,magnesium,sulfur element.(3)In 14 kinds of hemostatic drugs,the median of calcium,potassium,sodium content is higher than other elements.There were significant differences in the median contents of calcium and zinc,manganese,potassium,magnesium,sulfur(P<0.05).In the correlation analysis,there was a significant positive correlation between sodium and zinc,potassium and magnesium(P<0.01).There was a significant negative correlation between sodium and potassium and magnesium(P<0.01).there is a certain correspondence between hemostasis and calcium,manganese element.(4)In the 52 flavor heat medicine,the calcium content of the median was significantly higher than other elements.There was a significant difference between the median contents of calcium and magnesium(P<0.01).In the correlation analysis,there was a significant positive correlation between the content of zinc and manganese and sodium(P<0.01),zinc and sodium were all negatively correlated with the contents of potassium,magnesium and sulfur(P<0.01).Heat and calcium,manganese elements has a certain relationship.(5)In 12 kinds of swelling drugs,potassium,calcium content of the median was significantly higher than other elements.There was a significant difference between the contents of calcium and zinc,manganese,potassium(P<0.01).An there was a significant difference between the contents of potassium andmagnesium(P<0.01).In the correlation analysis,there was a significant positive correlation between the content of calcium and manganese,potassium and magnesium(P<0.05),and there was a significant negative correlation between the content of sodium and magnesium(P<0.05).There is a certain correspondence between swelling and potassium,sulfur element.(6)In the 12 kinds of gas medicine,potassium,calcium,sodium content of the median was significantly higher than other elements.There was a significant difference between the contents of potassium and sodium,magnesium and other seven elements(P<0.01).In the correlation analysis,there was a significant correlation between potassium and magnesium and sulfur(P<0.05).There is a certain correspondence between qi and potassium.(7)In the 37 kinds of tonic medicine,potassium,calcium,sodium content is of the higher median.There was a significant difference between the contents of calcium and sodium(P<0.01).In the correlation analysis,there was a significant positive correlation between the contents of sodium and zinc,manganese,potassium and magnesium and sulfur in the two groups(P<0.01).There was a significant negative correlation between sodium and magnesium content(P<0.01).Tonic and zinc,sodium element has a certain correspondence.(8)In 17 kinds of painkillers,potassium,calcium content of the median is higher.T There was a significant difference between the contents of potassium and magnesium(P<0.01).In the correlation analysis,there was a significant positive correlation between sodium and zinc,magnesium and potassium,sulfur and chlorine(P<0.01).Analgesic and potassium,sulfur element has a certain relationship.Analysis conclusion:(1)Blood medicine in the treatment of subacute and chronic fascia,muscle,bone and other sports injuries,it should be preferred single-flavor Chinese medicine of high-magnesium,high potassium and low manganese content for prescription,which contribute to the injury site of blood stasis dissipation.(2)In the treatment of chronic arthritis,the first choice is dampness medicine about zinc,potassium,magnesium,sulfur content for the prescription;In the acute phase after joint injury,it should be preferred dampness medicine of high content of calcium,zinc,sodium,sulfur for prescription.(3)Hemostatic drugs in the treatment of acute exercise injury,theypreferred single taste of traditional Chinese medicine about calcium and sodium content for prescription;Chlorine,and sulfur content of high single Chinese medicine can be used as an adjuvant choice.(4)Heat medicine in the treatment of acute and subacute motor injury,the better choice is traditional Chinese medicine which owns high zinc content as an adjunct for prescription,and which is the chen" medicine preferred.(5)In the treatment of acute exercise injury,the first choice is the traditional Chinese medicine which contains sodium content for prescription;In subacute and chronic joint injury,it preferred the swelling drug which contains high potassium for prescription;Sodium and potassium are the medicinal ingredients which are effective in the treatment of different symptoms.(6)Qi medicine in the treatment of sports injury process,there are qi stagnation and gas inverse symptoms,it preferred high content of potassium for prescription.(7)Tonic drugs in the treatment of the recovery period after sports injury,the better choice is traditional Chinese medicine which contains high zinc for prescription.(8)Painkillers in the early period of the treatment of acute exercise injury,which should choose high sodium and low potassium content of painkillers for prescription;And in chronic exercise injury,which should be selected moderate pain medication that contains sodium,potassium content for prescription.
