Objective: To investigate the correlation between varicose great saphenous vein and homocysteine, whether homocysteine is an independent risk factor for the development of large saphenous vein,And provide the relevant theoretical guidance and technical support for the serological prevention of the high risk factor of the great saphenous vein. Methods : In this study,58 patients with large varicose veins treated by Cardiovascular Surgery at Qinghai University Hospital were enrolled in the study group(including 41 males and 17 females).from July 2015 to November2016.A total of 60 healthy subjects were selected as the control group(34males and 26 females)in the same period in Qinghai University Affiliated Hospital.Patients were enrolled as experimental group(A),Detailed inquiry into the patient's history, and record the patient general project information(age, gender, etc.),The blood HCY,TC,TG,HDL,LDL,D-D and other indicators were collected and recorded in the morning of the 2nd day of hospitalization.A randomized outpatient health examination(included in strict accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria)was used as the control group(B)to record the general information of the subjects. The levels of serum HCY,TC,TG,HDL,LDL and D-D were also measured in the morning. All test results are recorded in detail. The data were collected and collated, and all data were tested for normality. After the normality test, the measurement data was expressed as X ± s.The single factor analysis of the samples was analyzed by two independent samples t test,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Count data using X2 test;P <0.05 that the difference was statistically significant.Multivariate correlation analysis was performed using binary logistic regression.According to the results of statistical analysis. Results:Comparison of the two groups of patients in the general clinical data showed that: the two groups of patients in the age, gender,no significantdifference(p>0.05).Comparison of plasma D-dimer levels between the two groups showed no significant difference in plasma D-dimer levels between the two groups(p>0.05).The levels of TC,TG,HDL-L and LDL-C in the two groups were compared between the two groups. There was no significant difference in TC,TG and HDL-C levels between the two groups(p>0.05).There was a significant difference in blood LDL-C levels(p<0.05).Comparison of blood Hcy levels in both groups showed a significant difference in blood Hcy levels between the two groups(p<0.05).The positive rate of HHcy in the two groups was higher than that in the control group(p<0.05).The results of binary logistic regression analysis showed that the regression model was statistically significant(X2=29.432,p<0.001).The overall correct predictive rate of the regression model was 66.9%,and the results showed that Hcy And increased levels of LDL will increase the risk of suffering from large saphenous varicose veins.Conclusion:(1)Large saphenous varicose veins may be associated with hyperhomocysteinemia.(2)Large saphenous varicose veins may be associated with LDL.(3)Large saphenous varicose veins may be associated with Hcy and LDL.Elevated levels of Hcy and LDL may increase the risk of developing varicose veins.(4)Hcy may be an independent risk factor for saphenous varicose veins.
