Study On The Relationship Between Serum Uric Acid Level And Islet Function In Patients With Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Objective:HOMA-?,HOMA-?IR,I30 / G30,AUCI and AUCI / AUCG were observed by observing the serum uric acid level and islet function in 120 patients.It was expected that serum uric acid level and pancreatic ?-cell secretion function and resistance relationship.Expectation of T2 DM,especially the early treatment of T2 DM patients with HUA to provide the relevant theoretical basis.Methods:According to the criteria,60 patients with T2 DM were enrolled in our hospital from November 2015 to November 2016,and 60 patients with T2 DM combined with HUA were enrolled in this study.Subjects have signed informed consent.Diagnosis is in line with the HUA diagnostic criteria and 1999 WHO diagnostic criteria for diabetes.The general information and the routine biochemical test indicators of these patients were collected..HOMA-?,HOMA-IR,?I30 / G30,AUCI,AUCI / AUCG were calculated according to the formula.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS19.0.Results1.The levels of HOMA-??,I30 / G30,AUCI and HOMA-IR and AUCI / AUCG were significantly different between the T2 DM group and the T2 DM group and the HUA group(P <0.05);2.There was a positive correlation between HOMA-??,I30 / G30,AUCI,HOMA-IR,AUCI / AUCG and UA levels(r = 0.610,r = 0.277,r = 0.197,r = 0.496,r = 0.220,p < 0.05).3.There were significant differences in BMI,FPG,PBG,BUN,Scr,cystatin and retinol between the two groups(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.Compared with patients with T2 DM alone,combined with HUA patients with higher levels of IR;2.Compared with patients with T2 DM alone,the secretion of islet ? cells in HUA patients was increased.Basal insulin secretion,the first phase of insulin secretion,the second phase of insulin secretion with the level of serum uric acid increased;3.UA is one of the important factors affecting the secretion of pancreatic ? cells and IR.
