Objective:To observe the endothelin,FMD level of postmenopausal women,then to explore the value of them in the endothelial function of postmenopaus al women with coronary heart disease,and to provide clinical means for the ear ly identification of coronary heart disease and the severity of coronary artery d isease.Methods: Collectting the patient in Cardiovascular Department of xxUniver sity Hospital Affiliated Hospital between december 2014 ~ october 2016,who have performed the coronary angiography,including of 49 postmenopausal wo men,20 of premenopausal women with CHD,then the 50 postmenopausal wome n include of 30 women with CHD,20 women with normal coronary angiograp hy.The 48 premenopausal women include of 25 women with CHD,23 women with normal coronary angiography.Statistics of the general situation of patient s.collecting the the fasting blood of all the patients for the serum endothelin,a t the same time all the patients perform the FMD.Clinical analysis the differe nt between normal information,endothelin and FMD.Results: There was no significant difference in age,BMI,TC,LDL,HDL and TG(P> 0.05).There is no significant difference in the incidence of hyp ertension,diabetes mellitus and smoking history(P> 0.05).The FMD of postm enopausal coronary normal group,the FMD of premenopausal coronary heart di sease group and the FMD level in postmenopausal women with coronary heart disease were lower than those in normal group(P <0.05);postmenopausal wo men with coronary heart disease(P <0.05).(2)The levels of endothelin in end othelin and postmenopausal coronary heart disease were significantly higher in postmenopausal coronary arteries(P <0.05),and the levels of endothelin in pos tmenopausal women with postmenopausal coronary heart disease were higher th an those in postmenopausal coronary heart disease(P <0.05).The levels of en dothelin in postmenopausal women with postmenopausal coronary heart disease were higher than those in normal postmenopausal coronary arteries(P <0.05).Conclusions:.1.The level of endothelin in postmenopausal women with CH D is higher than that in postmenopausal coronary normal group,premenopausal coronary heart disease group and premenopausal normal group.The levels of endothelin in postmenopausal women were detected,which was of great value in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.2..The level of FMD in postmenop ausal women with CHD is lower than that in postmenopausal coronary normal group,premenopausal coronary heart disease group and premenopausal normal group.Because FMD detection is simple and no damage,there are many adv antages over coronary angiography,is an effective method to detect coronary h eart disease,especially for postmenopausal women with coronary heart disease screening.
