Objective:Through the end of the whole androgen treatment of endocrine therapy,observation and analysis of different initial PSA levels in patients with prostate cancer treatment comparison.Methods: To evaluate the efficacy of endocrine therapy in patients with prostate cancer with different levels of PSA in retrospective analysis of patients with advanced prostate cancer who were treated in our hospital from March 2012 to June 2015.According to the inclusion criteria,Group A: PSA ? 10.00 ng / ml,group B: PSA(10.01-20.00 ng / ml),group C: PSA> 20.00 ng / ml group.The changes of PSA and serum testosterone were observed before and after treatment,and the clinical symptoms and signs were observed.Using SPSS17.0 statistical software package,the three groups of treatment after the comparison of measurement data,after treatment,measurement data were analyzed for variance,P value <0.05,it is statistically significant,indicating that three different levels of serum PSA levels of patients with therapeutic effect difference.Results: Serum levels of serum PSA,serum testosterone and clinical data were significantly different between the three groups of patients after treatment with all androgen blocking endocrine therapy in three groups of patients with different levels of serum PSA levels.Conclusion: Patients with a lower serum PSA level had better efficacy after total androgen blockade.
