In recent years,the studies to the signal pathway of Rho kinase(Rho kinase,ROCK)and its downstream signaling molecules were more and more and more deeply.Existing researches showed that the signal pathway could lead inhibiting repair and regeneration for the axon after central nervous system was damaged.Fasudil,as the most widely used ROCK inhibitor in clinical at present,by inhibiting the ROCK signal pathway to protect the nervous.It had satisfying curative effct to coronary heart disease,subarachnoid hemorrhage and chronic cerebral ischemia and so on.As the studies more deeply in recent years,comfirming that fasudil was also have commendable curative effect for the repair of optic nerve injury.This paper analyzed the total here.
