| Objective: To compare the restoration efficacy of zirconium dioxide full crown and zirconium dioxide inlay crownMethods: 108 postnatal teeth in 107 patients with prosthodontic therapy were recruited in this study.root canaltherapy was done in102 teeth and has achieved the improvement criteria.6 vital teeth were divided into full-crowns and inlay-crowns group.28 teeth with occlusogingival distance within 2 mm-4mm were into inlay crown repair group and 26 teeth with occlusogingival distance >4 mm into inlay crown repair group.27 teeth with occlusogingival distance within 2mm-4 mm were into full crown restoration group and 27 teeth with occlusogingival distance>4 mm into full crown restoration group.The dual-polymerized resin cement with a fiber post was used as bonding agent.The restoration efficacy was compared after 2 years of repair.Results: The efficacy is similar in occlusogingival distance>4mm between inlay-crown(25/26,96.15%)and full-crown(26/27,96.30%).The efficacy is not significantly different in occluso-gingival distance>4mm between inlay-crown and full-crown.(P>0.05)However,the efficacy is obviously higher in inlay-crown(27/28,96.43%)than full-crown(20/27,74.07%)in occlusogingival distance 2-4 mm patients;The efficacy is significantly better in inlay-crown than full-crown in occlusogin-gival distance 2-4 mm patients.(P<0.05)Conclusions:in occluso-gingival distance>4mm,the efficacy of inlay-crown and fullcrown has reliable efficacy and is similar.Inlay-crown in occlusogingival distance 2-4 mm patients will get protection of tooth tissue and clinical retention,which is good to restoration in the tooth and gum with less application time,which is worthy of clinical application and popularization in dentistry therapy. |
