Objective: Maternal and child separation mothers undergo physical and mental pressure, hormone levels change,Mothers are prone to anxiety and depression, and these symptoms lead to mental irritability, sleep disorders, and affect lactation.Severe they happen suicidal behavior or hurt the baby seriously, maternal and infant health hazards. In this study, researchers used network Platform technology for providing continuity information to primiparas in mother-to-child separation: pushed health knowledge of puerperium, prognosis of premature infants and daily nursing knowledge, proved children photos, gave information support after Preterm infants discharged,Stopped the intervention six weeks after childbirth, observed the effect of network Platform on improving negative emotions on maternal. Methods: This study used convenience sampling method to Select 64 mothers of premature infants from a urology clinic in one of top 3 hospital in Hebei Province during January to December 2016,sixty mothers were followed in this study, thirty into the intervention group, and thirty into the control group. Both of the groups received the routine care at the time of hospitalization.Including: informed puerperium considerations(the color of lochia, amount, duration, the performance of the contractions pain duration),told mothers the methods of breast care and how to do milk, the temperature and storing time of the milk, and informed mothers how to send milk.Introduced infants care unit environment and nursing mode, daily information of the premature infants. The cause and incidence of premature birth, used the previous good cases to comfort mothers. When the mothers discharged, the two groups received discharge guidance. Then, for the control group, the researchers gave three telephone guides: the first time was given at the time of two weeks postpartum, asked the maternal body, replied the questions putted forward by the maternal, mothers could consult by the department phone, one week after the premature infants discharged, researchers gave the second telephone inquiries about premature infants;the third phone was given at the time of six weeks after childbirth to inform review related issues. The intervention group was given to join the new WeChat group to receive WeChat education: Every Wednesday and Saturday the WeChat group pushed the puerperium knowledges and nursing of premature infants and breast care knowledges; When premature infants at the time of hospitalization, researchers sent photos of premature infants every three days, and informed the information of prognosis and feeding, asked the maternal emotional state,Physical condition, etc.Mothers could ask questions at any time in the WeChat group, the education team members responded within four hours;premature infants in the first week after discharged, the researchers guided the mothers relevant nursing knowledges every day according to the causes of hospitalization of the premature infants.if mothers had questions, researchers gave answers as soon as possible,if the problem was not sure, they must reply in less than four hours. After a week, researchers gave individuals targeted WeChat education once a week, until the end of six weeks after childbirth, informed the attention of postpartum review at the time of six weeks. The instruments used in this study were state trait anxiety inventory and the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale, baseline date was collected in both groups on the day of childbirth, the questionnaire included the date on state anxiety and postpartum depression were collected in two weeks after delivery, one week after premature infants discharged and six weeks after delivery.Observed the SAI and EPDS scores of two groups on the day of delivery, two weeks after delivery, one week after premature infants discharged and six weeks after delivery. In order to observe the effect of network education Platform on improving negative emotions of maternal and infant separation maternal.Results:1 Before intervention, there was no statistical difference in the basic date in the two groups(P>0.05).2 After intervention, two weeks after delivery, one week after premature infants discharged and six weeks after delivery, the SAI scores and EPDS scores of the intervention group were significant lower, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3 The SAI scores and the EPDS scores of four points were compared in pairs intra-group comparison in both of two groups,in the intervention group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);in the control group,6 weeks after delivery, the SAI scores and EPDS scores were lower than the other three time points, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but the SAI scores and EPDS scores were compared in pairs in the other three time points, the difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05).4 The incidence of depression was compared in the intervention group and control group, one week after premature infants discharged, six weeks after delivery, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),at the other time points, the difference was no statistically significant(P >0.05).Conclusion: The network education platform could more effectively improve the anxiety and depression level of preterm birth mothers, the continuous targeted education network Platform could effectively improve maternal anxiety and depression at the beginning of the time after premature infant discharge.
