Objectives This study aims at investigating the prevalence and relevant factorsof anxiety and depression of antepartum and postpartum women in Anhui ProvincialHospital And to establish the Personalized Nursing Intervention in PerinatalPeriod,Providing guidance for furthere clinical Nursing lintervention.Methods1.Recruit study subjcets from march2011to September2011155pregnant woman from Anhui Provincial Hospital.All eligible pregnant woman whoconsented to participate were recruited into the study. All of them were investigated byquestionnaire.Contents in the questionnaire were the physical data,using scores on theSelf-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and Self Rating depression Seale (SDS) as indicatorsof anxiety and depression symptoms for antepartum and postpartum stage,measuredtheir situation social support by Soeial Support Rating Scale(SSRS). Conductinvestigation and analysis the relevant factors which influence Antepartum andPostpartum Anxiety and Depression.2.A total of87prenatal women were recruited and divided into two groups.The controlgroup received routine perinatal health education.The women in the experimentalgroup received personalized Nursing intervention in addition to routine perinatal healtheducation. The Self-Rating Anxiety Scale Scale, Self-Rating Depression Scale andSocial Support Scale was used to evaluate the effects.Results First stage:⑴In this study completed records were obtained143women,yielding a completion rate of92.25%. The rate of Prevalence of Antepartum Anxiety is 6.99%,Antepartum Anxiet Depression is23.08%,Postparum Anxiety is8.06%,PostparumDepression is22.58%;⑵The education, Pregnant plan, the health before conception,character,Pregnancy change, Relationship with parents, Others support at home were influencing factors forAntepartum Anxiety; the education,occupation, Pregnant plan, housing condition,the health beforeconception, Provider Payments,character, Pregnancy change, Relationship with parents, supportfrom parents-in-law, Others support at home were influencing factors for Antepartum depression;The education, character, Relationship with parents were influencing factors for Postpartum Anxiety;The education, Relationship with parents, Knowledge ways were influencing factors for Postpartumdepression. There were relation between the Antepartum anxiety and subjective socia support andthe availability of support.There were Positive correlation between the emotion of Antepartumanxiety Postpartum anxiety.There were Positive correlation between the emotion of Antepartumanxiety and Depression and Postpartum Depression.second stage: The rate of women’snatural labor higher than that of control group (P<0.05﹚⑶Stepwise Regressionanalysis showed: Pregnant plan,character, Pregnancy change, Relationship withparents were influencing factors for Antepartum Anxiety; the education, the availabilityof support,.the health before conception, character were influencing factors forAntepartum depression; The education, Relationship with parents and SAS wereinfluencing factors for Postpartum Anxiety; The Relationship with parents, SAS,SDSwere influencing factors for Postpartum depression.Conclusions Pregnant plan,character, Pregnancy change, Relationship withparents were influencing factors for Antepartum Anxiety; the education, the availabilityof support,.the health before conception, character were influencing factors forAntepartum depression; The education, Relationship with parents and SAS wereinfluencing factors for Postpartum Anxiety; The Relationship with parents, SAS,SDSwere influencing factors for Postpartum depression. personalized Nursing interventioncan increase the incidence of natural production.personalized Nursing intervention can provide better social support to reduce the caesarean birth.
