Objective: The level of T cell related cytokines in systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)patients and healthy people in the periphery were detected to investigate the correlation between cytokines and SLE,providing a theoretical basis for elucidating the mechanism of diseases and new strategies and policies for the treatment and prediction of the disease.Method:1 From September 2015 to September 2016,75 patients who were diagnosed with SLE at the First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North College were selected to be divided into mild, moderate and severe groups according to the SLEDAI score. In addition,75 cases of the same period in the hospital for routine physical examination were selected.2 Blood samples were collected from all the subjects, and the serum was separated by centrifugation. The IL-6,IL-17,IL-23 and IL-22 cytokines were detected by the ELISA,and the results were recorded.3 SPSS21.0 software was used for statistical analysis. The measurement data were tested by normality, and the normal distribution data were compared by t test,The difference was statistically significant in P < 0.05.Pearson correlation analysis was used for Correlation.the Pearson value of >0 represents a positive correlation,Pearson value <0 represents a negative correlation.P< 0.05 indicates significant correlation.Result:1 IL-6,IL-17,IL-23 and IL-22 cytokines were measured in 75 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus and 75 normal subjects.Compared with the normal population, the concentration of IL-6,IL-17,IL-23 and IL-22 were all increased, the difference was statistically significant. In the active grouping of systemic lupus erythematosus, the levels of IL-6,IL-17 and IL-23 increasedwith the increase of SLE activity, the concentration of IL-6 and IL-17 in patients with mild to moderate activity were statistically significant. In IL-23,there was no significant difference in the concentration of mild to moderate activity, and the change of severe activity was statistically significant. The severity of IL-22 was not statistically significant.IL-6,IL-17,IL-22 and IL-23 may be involved in the pathogenesis of systemic lupus erythematosus.Which IL-6 and IL-17 can be related to the progression of the patient during the course of the disease.IL-23 evaluation of severe active systemic lupus erythematosus patients with better results.IL-22 may play a role in the diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematosus.2 There was a correlation between IL-17 and IL-6(P = 0.001)and IL-23(P = 0.001).However,the correlation between IL-22 and IL-17 was poor(P=0.097),and the correlation between IL-22 and IL-6(P=0.068)and IL-23(P=0.382)was weak.Conclusion:1 IL-6,IL-17,IL-22,and IL-23 play a role in the development and progression of SLE disease. The concentration of IL-6,IL-22 and IL-23 is increased to a certain extent. These four cytokines are closely related to the pathogenesis of SLE.2 IL-17 and IL-6 and IL-23 are well correlated, and there may play a role in promoting the development of the disease.3 The change of cytokines in SLE disease process has some positive significance for the diagnosis and treatment of SLE patients.
