Objective:In order to provide the data support for researching health condition of officers from organ and also to provide the basis for the superior medical department on policy making of medical care,by the analysis of physical examination data of officers in an organ of Armed Police Force in the past 3 years, grasp the health condition and its change trend and present a feasible countermeasures on health management. Methods:Recall and analysis the physical examination data of all the organ officers of a PAP unit from 2013 to 2015 form a data base through the statistics software spss21.0 and make data input and statistical analysis. The statistics analysis includes rate, constituent ratio,(?)±S,?~2.Results:1 The situation of overall abnormal detection682 officers were taken the physical examination in 3 years in all,648 officers were abnormal and the overall abnormal rate was 95.0%.In which 118 person-time were abnormal in an index, detection rate was 17.3%.122 person-times were abnormal in 2 indexes and the detection rate was 17.9%.132 person-times were abnormal in 3 indexes and the detection rate was 19.4%.overall abnormal detection rates were different for the officers from organ in different age group(?~2=10.581,P=0.005)and different rank(?~2=10.194,P =0.006)and the difference had statistically significant.2 The situation of abnormal detection for Physical examination project. The first three of the abnormal detection rate were: B ultrasound(363 person-time,examine rate53.3%),stomatological department(256 persontime, examine rate 37.5%),blood lipids(235 person-time,examine rate 34.5%).There was statistical significance for the abnormal detection rate indifferent age groups in surgical department(?~2=46.461,P=0.000),stomatological department(?~2=17.308,P=0.000),B ultrasound(?~2=40.010,P=0.000),blood lipids(?~2=6.482,P=0.039),hemorheology(?~2=7.493,P=0.024)and Urine routine(?~2=25.381,P=0.000).There was statistical significance for the abnormal detection rate in different department in ophthalmology department(?~2=9.575,P=0.008),Chest perspective(?~2=9.085,P=0.011),renal function(?~2=7.011,P=0.030),Urineroutine(?~2=6.856,P=0.032).There was statistical significance for the abnormal detection rate in different rank in blood pressure(?~2=30.774,P=0.000),weight(?~2=59.880,P=0.000),surgical department(?~2=104.193,P=0.000),stomatological d epartment(?~2=81.431,P=0.000),B ultrasound(?~2=47.411,P=0.000),Blood sugar(?~2=17.036,P=0.000),liver function(?~2=15.813,P=0.000),renal function(?~2=8.420,P=0.015),hemorheology(?~2=9.344,P=0.009),Urine routine(?~2=67.603,P=0.000).3 Situation of disease or symptom detectionTop 10 of the disease or symptom detection rate were hyperlipidemia(232 person-time,34.0%),over weight(203 person-time,29.8%),fatty liver(181 person-time,26.5%),hyperuricemia(139 person-time,20.4%),dental calculus(133 person-time,19.5%),shortsightedness(108 person-time,15.8%),thyroid nodule(107person-time,15.7%),disease of prostate(98 person-time,14.4%),hyperglycemia(80 person-time,13.2%),hypertension(69 person-time,10.1%).There was statistical significance for the abnormal detection rate in deferent years in hyperlipidemia(?~2=16.688,P=0.000),hyperuricemia(?~2= 9.360,P=0.009),dental calculus(?~2=11.169,P=0.004),disease of prostate(?~2=10.562,P=0.005),hyperglycemia(?~2=90.490,P=0.000).There was statistical significance for the abnormal detection rate in deferent age groups in hyperlipidemia(?~2=7.080,P=0.029),overweight(?~2=7.880,P=0.019),dental calculus(?~2=8.145,P=0.017),shortsightedness(?~2=10.231,P=0.000),thyroid nodule(?~2=81.337,P=0.000).There was statistical significance for the abnormal detection rate in deferent department in dental calculus(?~2=6.015,P=0.049),shortsightedness(?~2=7.027,P=0.019).There was statistical significance for the abnormal detection rate in deferent rank in overweight(?~2=68.477,P=0.000),fatty liver(?~2=19.195,P=0.000),dental calculus(?~2=49.927,P=0.000),shortsightedness(?~2=73.075,P=0.000),thyroid nodule(?~2=114.724,P=0.000),disease of prostate(?~2=24.193,P=0.000),high blood pressure(?~2=38.340,P=0.000),hyperglycemia(?~2=13.779,P=0.001).Conclusions:1 The health condition of the office cadres in a PAPF unit was poor.2 Chronic non-infectious disease and metabolic disease were the main threat to health. The detection rate of hyperlipidemia, overweight and fatty liver was really high.3 The health condition for office cadres in the PAPF unit was closely related to age and rank.
