Clinical Research On The Gulao Yukang Pills United Immune Inhibitors In Treating Of Rheumatoid Arthritis'S Bone Distruction

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the combination of Gulao Yukang pills and immunosuppressant in the treatment of RA bone destruction,explore its mechanism of action,clarify its advantages,and provide scientific and theoretical basis for its clinical application through clinical observation.Methods: Sixty patients with RA bone destruction were divided into two groups randomy,30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with 20 mg of leflunomide once per day and 5mg of methotrexate twice per week;the treatment group,on the basis of the control group,was given 15 Gulao Yukang pills 3 times per day.The two groups were treated for 3months.The changes of the observed parameters before and after treatment were observed and recorded.The clinical data were collected and analyzed by SPSS21.0 statistical software.The clinical efficacy and safety evaluation were carried out.Results: In the course of study,one case was removed from the treatment group and one from the control group.In the end,both groups had 29 cases completing the clinical study.(1)The total effective rate was 96.55% in the treatment group and 82.76% in the control group.The clinical curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05)and TCM syndrome and DAS28 efficacy of the treatment group were better than the control group(P <0.05).(2)The main symptoms and signs,improved SHARP score and HAQ were better than those before treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P <0.05).(3)The levels of tumor necrosis factor-?(TNF-?),C-reactive protein(CRP),ESR and rheumatoid factor(RF)were lower than those before treatment and the treatment group was lower than the control group(P <0.05).(4)There was no significant adverse reacti reaction in the two groups,and the safety evaluation results had no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P> 0.05).Conclusion:(1)The combination of Gulao Yukang pills and immunosuppressant in the treatment of RA bone destruction,compared with the use of immunosuppressant alone,can better alleviate the clinical symptoms and signs,improve TCM syndrome,and improve clinical efficacy;(2)Compared with immunosuppressant alone,the combination of Gulao Yukang pills and immunosuppressant can reduce the serum levels of MMP-3,TNF-?,CRP,and ESR,and reduce the inflammation and disease activity of the affected joints.(3)The combination of Gulao Yukang pills and immunosuppressant in the treatment of RA bone destruction are effective and safe.
