show that the oxy-Hb time sequence,model group,the fetching group and blank group had significant difference(P < 0.01;P < 0.01);Model group and fetching group there was no significant difference(P > 0.05);Compared with capturing group,paroxetine group,the acupuncture groups had significant difference(P < 0.05;P< 0.05);And paroxetine group and acupuncture group there was no significant hemodynamics disorders,the characterization of the abnormal activated brain regions of cerebral cortex and function abnormalities,mainly the prefrontal cortex,hippocampus and the amygdala,which may be one of the central mechanism of PTSD.2 “Dispering Liver and Regulating Spiit”god stitch can obviously improve the abnormal cortex of rats oxygenated hemoglobin,shows that acupuncture treatment effectively;“Dispering Liver and Regulating Spiit” god stitch intervention PTSD exists differences between local cerebral cortex with the model group,may be“Dispering Liver and Regulating Spiit” god stitch for PTSD improvement important central mechanism,and the corresponding brain nerve functional remodeling is the main reason.“Dispering Liver and Regulating Spiit” god stitch intervention PTSD main central mechanism and prefrontal cortex,hippocampus,amygdala brain regions associated plasticity.In conclusion,“Dispering Liver and Regulating Spiit”gods stitch can improve PTSD cerebral
