Based On The Theory Of Kidney Dominating Bone,Analyzed The Pathological Of Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective: To investigate the correlation between the theory of kidney dominating bone and the incidence of knee osteoarthritis(KOA)by observing the changes of age and bone structure between male and femaleMethods: the extraction with double knee loading into standard anteroposterior and lateral radiographs of 500 normal cases,and knee weight-bearing X-ray in 200 cases.Age,sex determination;incidence;femoral angle,tibial angle and femoral tibial angle;collect and collate the data,using statistical methods for analysis of Radiology under age,sex,bone structure changes,classification and grading.Result: 1.Gender characteristics: 129 men and 371 women.The ratio of men and women is 1:2.9,which is between the ages of 60 and 69.2.The bony structure characteristic: the case group and normal group in the groups before and after the age of the bony structure change after statistics analysis,there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05);Cases and normal group in August before and after the age of the bony structure change after statistics analysis,the femur Angle has no difference(P > 0.05),tibial Angle and tibiofemoral Angle have difference(P < 0.05);Cases of male and female in groups before and after the age of the bony structure change after statistics analysis,the Angle of femoral and tibial Angle and tibiofemoral Angle without difference(P > 0.05);Cases of male and female in August before and after the age of the bony structure change after statistics analysis,the femur Angle has no difference(P > 0.05),tibial Angle and tibiofemoral Angle have difference(P < 0.05).3.location: double knee disease in 334 cases,accounting for 66.8% of the total,of which 85 were male,249 were female,male to female ratio was 1:2.93;the right knee disease in 82 cases,accounting for 16.4% of the total,of which 24 were male,58 were female,male to female ratio was 1:2.42;the left knee disease in 84 cases,accounting for 16.8% of the total.The male 20 cases,female 64 cases,male to female ratio was 1:3.2.4.X-ray classification: the initial type accounted for 16.6%,the medial type accounted for 30.2%,the medial patellofemoral type accounted for 25.2%,the medial lateral type accounted for 0.6%,the lateral type accounted for 1.1%,the lateral patellofemoral type accounted for 0.6%,the patellofemoral type accounted for 19.5%,and the total joint type accounted for 6.2%.5.age and X-ray classification: age and grade III-IV were different(P<0.05)Conclusion: The theory of "kidney bone" in Chinese medicine has a certain correlation with the onset of osteoarthritis of the knee.In "element asked,ancient naive theory" in "groups" and "August" before and after age,as the attenuation of kidney,women than men easy happening offline osseous changes in the structure of X,and severity greater than men.
