Objective The relationship between intracranial pressure and pupil diameter of reaction rate with age and sex after craniocerebral injury, and the relationship between before and after the pupil diameter and the reaction rate changes with age and sex in general anesthesia,in order to provide an important basis for judging for clinicians in the brain injury severity, treatment effect.Method(1)Select 150 cases were diagnosed as traumatic brain injury patients(300 eyes)from 2015.01 to 2016.11,General Hospital of Lanzhou Army.According to the severity of brain injury is divided into light, medium and heavy, severe craniocerebral injury, which were divided into low age group(0-15 years old),middle age group(15-65 years old)and high age group(more than 65 years old),including 50 cases of mild traumatic brain injury(100 eyes),male 27 cases(54 eyes),female 23 cases(46 eyes);moderate traumatic brain injury in the age group of 50 cases(100 eyes),male 24 cases(48 eyes),26 female(52 eyes);25 cases of severe craniocerebral injury(50 eyes),male 15 cases(30 eyes),female 10 cases(20 eyes);severe craniocerebral injury in 25 cases(50 eyes),male 14 cases(28 eyes),female 11 cases(22 eyes).(2)Select patients(180 eyes)of 90 people with general anesthesia from 2015.07 to 2016.10,General Hospital of Lanzhou Army.Divided into low age group(3-40 years old),the middle age group(41-60 years old),high age group(over 61 years old). The low age group of 30 people(60 eyes),male of 16 people(32 eyes),female of 14 people(28 eyes),average age 22.60 ± 10.36 years old;the middle age group of 30 people(60 eyes),male of 13 people(26 eyes),female of 17 people(34 eyes),average age 48.73 ± 5.82 years old;high age group of 30 people(60 eyes)male of 20 people(40 eyes),female of 10 people(20 eyes),average age 66.63 ± 4.88 years old.Results(1)In the mild, moderate and severe traumatic brain injury patients, bilateral pupil is not scattered in the intracranial pressure increased with pupil diameter, reaction rate and gender were no significant difference(P > 0.05);The same intracranial pressure and pupil diameter increases gradually, reaction rates and age was significant(P < 0.05);With the increase of the pupil the diameter, the reaction rate of intracranial pressure has a significant difference(P < 0.05).(2)In the heavy and severe craniocerebral injury, intracranial pressure increased with the pupil first side mydriasis, after bilateral mydriasis, the reaction rate gradually increased; In some cases caused by bilateral or unilateral stimulation, miosis, also both unilateral bilateral mydriasis, double side pupil reaction rate increases.(3)The pupil between the groups before and after anesthesia between male and female in diameter, the reaction rate of no significant difference(P > 0.05);Before and after anesthesia, the low age group, middle age group and old age group found that with the increase of age, pupil diameter, the reaction rate was statistically significant(P < 0.05);Before and after anesthesia in patients with left and right eye pupil diameter and the reaction rate was not statistically significant(P > 0.05);The right eye, left eye before and after anesthesia anesthesia after the comparison between corresponding eye pupil diameter is reduced, the reaction rate of extension(P<0.05);Pupil diameter of patients after anesthesia gradually reduced, the reaction rate increases gradually;Conclusion(1)In the mild, moderate and severe traumatic brain injury patients, bilateral pupil is not scattered in the intracranial pressure increased with pupil diameter, reaction rate and gender had no significant difference; With the increase of age in the same intracranial pressure under the pupil diameter is gradually reduced, the reaction rate increases gradually with the increased intracranial pressure;the pupil diameter increases gradually, reaction the rate gradually increased.(2)In the heavy and severe craniocerebral injury, intracranial pressure increased with the pupil first side mydriasis, after bilateral mydriasis, the reaction rate gradually increased; In some cases caused by bilateral or unilateral stimulation, miosis, also both unilateral bilateral mydriasis, double side pupil reaction rate increases.(3)Before and after anesthesia, the diameter of the pupil reaction rate and gender there is no significant difference between before and after anesthesia;Ppupil diameter with age gradually reduced, the reaction rate increases with age gradually extended; There was no significant difference in the pupil diameter and the reaction rate between the right and left eyes before and after anesthesia; The right eye and the left eye were compared before and after anesthesia;Patients after anesthesia the pupil diameter is gradually reduced, the reaction rate increases gradually.
