Research On Zhusan Prescriptions In The Pre-song Period

Purpose: At present,Chinese medicinal materials are becoming scarce and the price is getting higher and higher,which has already restricted the development of Chinese medicine.Boil powder processed the Chinese medicine into rough ends,its decocting rate is high,can effectively reduce the cost of Chinese herbal medicines.After research,we know the cooking powder technology originated in the pre-Qin and Han Dynasties,and developed greatly in Sui and Tang Dynasties.It was promoted by the government in Song Dynasty and gradually declined after Song Dynasty.So in our history,we have accumulated rich experience in the clinical application of cooking powder.Method: This paper selected and researched the classic books of Pre-Song period,using the method of history and literature.We researched the development history of boiling powder and their background.The result shows that boiling originated in the pre-Qin period,get rapid development in the Tang dynasty and get promoted and application in Song dynasty when a large number of cooked powder prescriptions was officially used.We also use the method of“knowledge element representation table” proposed by Professor Liu Changhua.We analyzed the ancient medical prescription and its clinical application rules from different aspects,such as taking method,taking dosage,making powder procedure,selecting solvent,suitable disease and so on.Results: the research result shows that the boiling powder has many advantages,such as quick effect which is suitable for the acute attack of acute or chronic diseases.Due to the traditional Chinese medicine are only crushed into a certain specification of granular,did not changed their characteristics.So the area of effective contact with solvent is increased,which is beneficial to increase the rate of the solution.As the drug is relatively small,so the boiling can save more medicinal materials compared with slices.The boiling taking methods and times are flexible,depending on the patient age and the illness severity.The solvents are rich and various.Water is a good and cheap boiled dissolvent,most of drugs are soluble in water.The wine is also common used,has the effect of promoting circulation and removing stasis.The powder is with wide adaptability to diseases,including internal,external,gynecology and pediatrics and so on.In the end,the procedure for powder is simple,easy to promote the application.Conclusion:The problems such as easy to boil powder gelatinization,difficult to identify the medicinal materials,can be solved well by modern pharmaceutical technical.So in Chinese medicinal materials tense background,this form of boil powder should be vigorously researched and promoted.
