Objective: This study use the three-dimensional reconstruction of CT data and Mimcs software reconstruction technology to study the coracoid and glenoid anatomic relationship between shape,and guide the clinical application of Bristow-Lartarjet osteotomy of coracoid shift.Methods: From affilited zhongshan hospital of dalain university,61 cases between2015.1.1-2016.6.1(35 cases,26 males)at the age 25-55 years old for imaging of patients without shoulder joint shoulder disease 3D CT reconstruction imaging data were enrolled,then leading its DICM format data into Mimcs software,reconstruction of the coracoid process and glenoid three-dimensional model.2 physicians were choosen to measure all the patients in the computer software on the coracoid process of length,width and height of the coracoid tip,coracoid tip to coracoid midpoint,coracoid midpoint width and height,anteroposterior diameter of the glenoid maximum distance of anatomical data,the measurement data were collected,statistical Learn to deal with foreign data,used to guide the guidance of Bristow-Lartarjet surgeryResults:In 61 cases of coracoid and glenoid reconstruction model,the coracoid and glenoid bony structure: the average length of the coracoid was 42.32±2.40mm;the average width of the coracoid tip was 13.45±2.19mm;the average height of the coracoid tip was 9.27±1.84 mm,the distance of the coracoid tip to median was20.83±2.16mm;the average width of coracoid midpoint was 15.48±1.69mm;The average height of coracoid midpoint was 11.60±1.97mm;the glenoid anteroposterior distance was 26.58±1.92mm;the ratio of the height and the width of the coracoid tip and the glenoid were 35%(25 %±43%)and 51%(39%±66%)respectively,The data of these two groups showed significant linear positive correlation,and the correlation coefficient R2 of the two groups were and 0.972,respectively.The cross section height of coracoid tip following 1.5cm was 9.27±1.84 mm,the cancellous bone diameter was 5.56±0.92 mm,the thickness of cortical was 1.85±0.13 mm,cortical bone thickness representing a cross-section of about 20%,below the coracoid tip width1.5cm was 13.45±2.19 mm,the cancellous bone diameter was 8.61±1.74 mm,the thickness of cortical was 4.84±0.88 mm,the thickness of the cortical bone representing a cross-section of about 18%.Conclusion: the coracoid width and thickness have significantly positive linear correlation with the maximum anteroposterior diameter of glenoid,With the increase of the diameter of the maximum postantierior distance of the glenoid,tip width and height of the coracoid also increased.for bone defect of large section,the way of coracoid bone block transplant before the glenoid bone defect should be selected according to the actual situation of the damage.
