Objective: This experiment through direct scanning,scanning CBCT and mouths of silicone rubber impression perfusion of gypsum model and plaster model of alginate impression perfusion rebuild fang 3 d digital research model,with silicone rubber impression of gypsum model for reference,research different digital model precision of the model is consistent with the control,to guide the clinical application and popularization of digital research model provides theory basis.Methods:Collected in August 2015-August 2016 zunyi medical college affiliated stomatological hospital orthodontic patients treated 20 cases that are collected for each patient alginate impression infusion casts and silicone rubber impression perfusion scanning digitizing model directly casts and mouths,and upper and lower jaws of cone beam CT(cone beam computed tomography,CBCT),gain alginate impression perfusion scanning,silicone rubber impression perfusion gypsum plaster model data model data,CBCT reconstruction of 3 d digital model data and model scanning digitizing data within a mouth,and 3 shape matching software is saved as a STL file format,the digital model for a total of 80 experimental model;Silicone rubber impression perfusion of gypsum model for the control group a total of 20.Marking point related to model the experimental group and control group were selected to Bolton sagittal index(front teeth,tooth segment),length of dental arch should be,dental arch length,existing crowded degree,vertical Spee curve(right,left),the horizontal width of dental arch in the front,middle,after a period of)(measuring contrast analysis;Four groups of digital model adopts 3 shape Ortho Analyzer TM landmark of eeg,and measurement software;The control model with accuracy of 0.02 mm of electronic digital caliper and manual trace landmark line distance measurement.Analysis of alginate digital model,the silicon rubber digital model and mouths model,CBCT scanning digitizing the difference between digital model and control model.Using SPSS17.0 software to carry on the analysis,experimental model and control model with single factor analysis of variance(AVOVA)method are analyzed.Results:1.the experimental group compared with control group model related data analysis:(1)the alginate digital model and control model of the measuring project comparison and analysis,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(2)silicon rubber model,CBCT scanning digitizing digital model and mouths digital model and control model of the measuring comparison and analysis,there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).2.digital model in the experimental group comparing the relevant data:(1)the alginate digital model and silicon rubber model,CBCT scanning digitizing digital model and mouths comparative analysis between digital model group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(2)silicon rubber model,CBCT scanning digitizing digital model and mouths measuring project comparison and analysis between digital model,there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).Conclusion:1.the alginate digital model and control model accuracy is not consistent.2.silicon rubber model,CBCT scanning digitizing digital model and mouths digital model precision of the model is consistent with the control,all can meet the demand of clinical application.Silicon rubber model,CBCT scanning digitizing digital model and mouths digital model accuracy is better than that of alginate digital modell.
