| Objective:To explore the application value of 3D print acetabular model in the reconstruction of acetabular defect of hip joint.method:To collected 29 patients underwent conduct revision surgery after artificial total hip arthroplasty from September 2014 to March 2017 in our hospital.There are 20 patients(11males and 9 females;age: 57 to 76 years,mean: 67.1 years;6 cases on the left,14 cases on the right)who combined with acetabular bone defect.and they had different degrees of acetabular bone defects.Based Paprosky classification: ⅡA 5cases,ⅡB 5cases,ⅡC6cases,ⅢA 3cases,IIIB 1cases.According to the random of prefabricated cards(1:1parallel testdesign),patients with acetabular bone defects were divided into observation group and control group respectively,10 cases in each group.In observation group,spiral CT thin-layer+3D result DICOM formatted files、imported MIMICS software to create 3D image of anatomical structures,save in computer with STL form、transmitted to the 3D printer and produced 3D print model of patient’s total hip joint for preoperative preparation and simulation operation;In control group carried out conventional total hip joint revision surgery.Compared The Harris Score,prosthesis extubation angle and hip osteotomy coverage rate and the operation time,intraoperative blood loss、intraoperative blood transfusion between the two groups.result:In observation,the hip function Harris Score,abduction angle and acetabular prosthesis coverage rate and operation time,intra-operative blood loss and blood transfusion were significantly higher than in the control group.The difference was Statistically significant(P<0.05).conclusion:3-D print acetabular model for hip arthroplasty in acetabular bone defects reconstruction enable based on the acetabular print model for preoperative planning,early understanding the degree of bone defects,predicting the type of matching prosthesis,reduced the operation time,Increased the fraction of coverage for acetabular prosthesis,maked the intraoperative bleeding more less,the postoperative prosthesis more stable,the function of hip joint recovery better,and it has great application value in the reconstruction of acetabular defect. |
