Objective: According to the transverse acetabular ligament and the acetabular notch auxiliary locating acetabular prosthesis position,to reference the transverse acetabular ligament and the acetabular notch in the acetabular component in positioningMethods: Collected 73 patients in November 2014 to November 2015 the impementation of primary total hip arthroplasty in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zun Yi Medicine College, orthopedics department. Participate in the operation of the same surgery staff. According to the orientation of the acetabular cup were divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was assisted by the positioning rod according to the transverse acetabular ligament and the acetabular notch of the acetabular cup orientation; The control group was orientation by the positioning rod of acetabular component. The operative approach adopts a posterolateral approach. The experimental group were exposed and the transverse acetabular ligament and the acetabular notch, and as the anatomical landmarks of acetabular prosthesis orientation assisted instruction is appropriate. The control group was orientation by the positioning rod of acetabular component. Postoperative measurement the acetabular cup abduction and anteversion angle, to calculate the coincidence rate between the centre of the hip component and the center of the hip joint anatomy.Statistical data are used SPSS22.0 to analyze and process data.Results:1. 37 patients in the experimental group abduction angle for(43.86o±2.35o) with the reference values(40o±10o) were compared, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05); anteversion angle for(16.24o±3.12o) with a reference value(15o±10o), the difference was not statistically significant(P >0.05).2. 36 patients in the control group abduction angle for(48.67o±4.26o) with the reference values(40o±10o) were compared, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); anteversion angle for(23.67o±5.22o) with a reference value(15o±10o), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3. The relationship of the centre of the hip component(O) and the center of the hip joint anatomy(A): In the experimental group were O point in the A point 29 cases, the coincidence rate was 78.4%; In the control group were O point in the A point 17 cases, the coincidence rate was 47.2%.Conclusion:Based on manual visual locating acetabular component, reference to the transverse acetabular ligament, auxiliary positioning anteversion angle of the acetabular component can obtain a good reference. Reference to the acetabular notch, the auxiliary positioning acetabular rotation center can be achieved good reference.
