Objective The influence and its clinical significance of different oxygen concentration on the red blood cells in patients with AECOPD mechanical ventilation, which discuss the best choice of oxygen concentration to AECOPD patients with mechanical ventilation.Method 60 patients with AECOPD were accepted to mechanical ventilation treatment and regular medical treatment. They were randomly divided in third groups: group A(Fi O2 30%)?group B(Fi O2 40%)?group C(Fi O2 50%).Each group of 20 case.Compare of the changes of blood gas analysis ?Pa O2?PH?and Pa CO2 were observed in the four groups before and after in use of mechanical ventilation in 2 hours?1?3?5?7 days in the same time.Using ELISA method to detect Erythropoietin, while monitoring acute physiology and chronic health ?(APACHE ?)score, iron, folic acid and vitamin B12.Result With the condition of mechanical ventilation and suction different the density of oxygen,The comparison of the result of blood-gas analysis with four groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05).The changes of PH?Pa O2?Pa CO2 had obviously decline than before mechanical ventilation, and showed statistical significance(P<0.05).With the condition of mechanical ventilation and suction different the density of oxygen, the changes of iron with three groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with iron,The groups of C had obviously downward trend than the group of A.Compared with Erythropoietin in different time points of the same group, had obviously decline than before mechanical ventilation, and showed statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion With the condition of mechanical ventilation and appropriately controlled the density of oxygen,The group of 35% and 45% the density of oxygen are more improve to function of Red blood cell for patients. With the inhalation of oxygen time prolonged, hypoxia and Red blood cell of AECOPD are improved, the condition gradually improved.
