Objectives Objective to evaluate the clinical efficacy of infusion of Danshen injection with femoral artery in the treatment of ischemic diabetic foot, and to provide clinical data for the treatment of ischemic diabetic foot. Methods In patients with ischemic diabetic foot this time within 2015.6-2017.2 months in our hospital as the research object, 90 cases were selected, using random method: List 01 to 90 serial number,a number of patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly selected, according to the treatment assignment list 01 to 90 serial number corresponding to the control group (namely. 1-30) treatment group A (31-60) B treatment group (61-90).The control group: intravenous injection of Danshen injection; group A: femoral artery perfusion Danshen injection; group B: femoral artery perfusion of Alprostadil Injection, once every other day, 1 5 times for a course of treatment. Recorded before treatment of patients with blood lipid, blood routine, blood rheology: whole blood viscosity at high shear and low shear, plasma viscosity, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, erythrocyte deformation index, erythrocyte aggregation index; blood biochemical index: FIB, CRP,Hcy, ALT, AST, CRE test results, surrounded by a course of treatment, after a course of treatment to record the results of above indexes, observe the changes before and after the statistical analysis of test data, draw conclusions. Results 1) the three groups of patients after treatment, compared with before treatment, the three groups in WBC, HCT, PLT, PCT, TG five indicators declined (P < 0.05), after treatment, the control group WBC was 8.87 *109/L, TG 1.75mmol/L, treatment group A WBC 5.12 * 109/L, TG for 0.83mmol/L by statistical analysis was statistically significant(P < 0.05); 2) three groups of patients after treatment improved the hemorheological parameters, compared with the control group before treatment, plasma viscosity decreased(P < 0.05) the treatment group A, the viscosity of whole blood viscosity, plasma, erythrocyte aggregation index decreased (P < 0.05),erythrocyte deformation index increased (P < 0.05),B treatment group after treatment, roughly the same as that of the control group The blood viscosity in low shear was 9.83 (200/s) mPa.s,erythrocyte deformation index was 0.61, the treatment group A whole blood viscosity in low shear was 8.14 (200/s) mPa.s, erythrocyte deformation index was 0.72, by statistical analysis was statistically significant (P<0.05); 3) three groups of patients after treatment, compared with before treatment, serum FIB and CRP content showed a decline in results, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); in the control group after treatment, FIB 2.31g/L, A FIB 3.25/L for the treatment group, there were significant differences (P < 0.05), the control group after treatment CRP 35.17mg/ml, treatment group A and treatment group B CRP were 29.38mg/ml,32.02mg/ml,through statistical analysis, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); 4) compared with before treatment, after treatment of wounds in three groups were significantly improved, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05) after treatment,A group is 6.64mm in diameter and short diameter is 4.00mm, the control group is 9.54mm in diameter and short diameter of 6.21mm by statistical analysis was statistically significant (P < 0. 05); 5) the three groups after treatment of clinical efficiency of 56.67% in the control group, B treatment group was 70%,the treatment group A was 83.33%, by statistical analysis was statistically significant (P <0.05); adverse reactions based on the angle of A group and B group, the control group in ALT, AST, CRE test results there was no significant difference, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusions The infusion of Salvia miltiorrhiza with femoral artery has anticoagulant and anti-inflammatory effects, and can significantly improve the hemorheology parameters of patients. Compared with intravenous infusion of salvia miltiorrhiza injection and femoral artery perfusion of alizarin injection, femoral artery perfusion Dan shen injection has more significant Efficacy, and there was no adverse effect on the safety of perfusion of the femoral artery.
