Objectives To explore the effect of continuous nursing care for children with asthma by using the Omaha system,and to provide the basis for nursing care of children with asthma.Methods From November 2015 to October 2016 in the pediatric hospital of Tangshan City maternal and Child Health Hospital of 101 patients with asthma were standard as the research object,the research object according to the numbering order of admission,were randomly divided into two groups,the odd as the intervention group(51 cases),even as a group in the control group(50 cases).During the intervention period,1 patient in the intervention group were lost in the intervention group,the final intervention group was 50 cases,and the control group was 50 cases.Two groups of patients were given routine nursing care,the intervention group in addition to the routine nursing care,the use of the Omaha system for continuous care,1 time a week for a period of 3 months.The two groups respectively before intervention and after intervention for 3 months,the score of two groups of children with asthma before and after the intervention in the field of social psychology environment,field,physical and health applications of Omaha evaluation system,and the application of asthma control questionnaire and the asthma quality of life questionnaire,peak expiratory flow rate accounted for the percentage of normal predicted value were evaluated before and after the intervention effect of two groups of children.Results 1 The score in the field of environment health and housing projects in the intervention group after the intervention,in the field of social psychology and community resources,social contact,interpersonal relationship,mental health care,parenting/project score in physiological field of respiration,digestion,infection or infection of the project was,in health related fields of nutrition sleep and rest,physical activity,substance abuse,health care supervision project scores were better than the control group,there were significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).2 after the intervention,the intervention group in the field of health and environment physiology domain and social psychological field,field and related behavior scores in the group were higher than those before intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3 the intervention group after the intervention of asthma control status and asthma control questionnaire score were better than the control group,the difference between two groups The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4 after the intervention,the intervention group with asthma control status and sthma control questionnaire score were higher than before the intervention group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5 the intervention group after the intervention of the peak expiratory flow rate accounted for the percentage of normal predicted value and the asthma quality of life questionnaire scores were better than the control group,there were significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).6 after the intervention,the intervention group,the peak expiratory flow rate accounted for the percentage of normal predicted value and the asthma quality of life questionnaire score were higher than those before the intervention group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions 1 The application of the Omaha system to the children with asthma can improve the state of children with asthma in the fields of environment,social psychology,physiology and health.2 The application of the Omaha system for children with asthma to continue nursing,improve children's asthma control,can improve the quality of life of children with asthma.
