Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Occupational Health Supervision Of Footwear Industry In Huidong County

High attention has been paid to the occupational health work by the party and the government because it is related to the health of the workers.Over the years,the overall level of occupational health work in China has been improved and the degree of occupational injury has been effectively controlled.However,in the process of rapid economic development,the risk of various occupational health hazards still exists,and the situation of occupational health supervision in our country is severe.Occupational health hazards not only harm the health rights and interests of workers,but also affect China's economic sustainable development,social harmony and stability.The footwear industry has basically become the leading industry of Huidong County's private economy,which has made a greater contribution to the county's economic development.However,the rapid development of the footwear industry has brought considerable pressure to the safety of production and occupational disease supervision.As most of these shoe-making enterprises are "small,weak,scattered",business owners have poor security awareness and they are lack of safety investments.Besides,the production equipment is obsolete and the production process is simple and backward.Therefore the current situation of occupational health hazards is not optimistic.This paper focuses on improving the level of occupational health supervision of Huidong County.In this paper,the government supervision theory,stakeholder theory and public product theory are used,and the literature research method,field method,quantitative and qualitative analysis are also used to focus on investigating 300 companies of Pingshan Town,Daling Town,Jilong Town and Huangb Town in Huidong County.This paper studies and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of occupational health supervision in Huidong County including three levels of problem analysis.From the government level,there are imperfect laws and regulations,lack of attention and supervision.From the enterprise level,there are poor occupational health,poor sense of corporate responsibility and lack of legal obligations.From the society level,there are lack of occupational health services,lack of occupational health inspection agencies,inadequate media coverage and inadequate role of industry associations and trade unions.Finally,corresponding measures are put forward to the three main body of occupational health supervision to promote the occupational health supervision work of footwear industry in Huidong County in a solid and effective manner.
