Micro RNA(miRNA)is a class of about 22 nucleotides of non-coding small RNA,which usually leads to silencing or degradation of target genes,regulating cell growth,development,differentiation and apoptosis.As early as 20 years ago,miRNAs have been identified as key regulators of complex biological processes associated with a variety of cardiovascular,including left ventricular hypertrophy,ischemic heart disease,heart failure,hypertension and arrhythmia.In addition,miRNA has been used as a new biomarker,particularly in myocardial infarction(MI)and heart failure,since circulating miRNAs are found in the blood.More and more studies have begun to focus on the value of miRNAs in the diagnosis and treatment of MI disease,but so far the molecular mechanism of miRNA and MI has not yet been fully understood.The aim of this study was to investigate the mechanism of miRNA regulation and influence in MI.The second generation of high-throughput small RNA sequencing was performed on blood samples from 10 MI patients and 10 normal subjects.Hsa-mi R-146b-5p,hsa-mi R-451 a,hsa-mi R-30e-5p,hsa-mi R-125a-3p were found dysregulation in cardiovascular-related diseases of all the significant differences in miRNAs.Where hsa-mi R-451 a was specifically reported to dysregulation in MI patients.The target genes of hsa-mi R-1275,hsa-mi R-1260 a,hsa-mi R-1260 b,hsa-mi R-877-3p are also associated with cardiovascular disease,and these four miRNAs are first predicted associated with MI may contribute to the study of the entire MI pathology.The novel predicted novel_mir370 may be a new miRNA that has not been found to be associated with MI.Finally,we construct MI-related miRNA,target gene and pathway interaction network,and maybe provide a reference for the biological processes that can clearly understand the molecular interrelationships of MI.Through this study,we hope to contribute to the further study of miRNAs on the pathogenesis of cardiovascular disease,provide as a new target for the treatment of MI.
