objective:Adverse effect and short-term effect research of intraoperative chemotherapy with Raltitrexed for Colorectal cancer.Patients and MethodsRetrospectively analyze the clinical data of 100 patients who diagnosised by the doctors in gastrointestinal surgery group as colorectal cancer pathologically in the Guangzhou First People's Hospital during 2015.3 to 2016.6.100 patients were divided into experimental group and control group,experimental group for 46 cases,control group of 54 cases.Patients with colorectal cancer radical prostatectomy + intraoperative intraperitoneal chemotherapy drugs with raltitrexed,control group adopts the colorectal cancer radical prostatectomy.Two groups of patients were received XELOX regimen chemotherapy 6 cycles.Detection of two groups of patients with preoperative the WBC,PLT,HGB,ALT and tumor markers CEA and CA19-9,3 days ago after colorectal cancer resection the WBC,PLT,HGB,ALT,and postoperative CEA and CA19-9,colonoscopy and CT results 3 months ago after colorectal cancer resection.Comparing two groups of patients with postoperative adverse reactions,including: Hematology toxicity,liver toxicity,fever,infection of incision,pulmonary infection,anastomotic fistula.The postoperative evaluation of each system toxic side effects,complications routine blood tests and liver in two groups before and 3 days after surgery were evaluated.The tumor markers CEA and CA19-9 in two groups before and 3 days after surgery were evaluated.The colonoscopy and CT results in two groups before and 3 months after surgery were evaluated.Conclusion:1.Two groups of patients with postoperative adverse reactions to contrast: contrast fever P=1>0.05;Infection of incision,increase of contrast(P = 1 > 0.05);Lung infection(P = 1 > 0.05);Anastomotic fistula contrast(P= 1> 0.05)2.Bone marrow suppression and ALT comparison: the WBC,PLT,HGB,ALT contrast(P =1>0.05)3.Two groups of patients with postoperative contrast: the CEA and CA19-9 preoperative(P > 0.05)4.Two groups of patients with postoperative 3 months,the results of the recurrence of abdominal CT(P > 0.05)5.Two groups of recurrence and metastasis rate,two groups of short-term overall survival(P > 0.05),no difference statistically,due to the follow-up time is short,it is concluded that the long-term overall survival.Result:Be postoperative perfusion ray for plug piece of colorectal cancer patients,didn't happen significant adverse reactions and complications,postoperative patients were well tolerated,short-term curative effect is not obvious advantages,follow-up time needs to be extended.
