Object:To explore newborn umbilical arterial blood serum amyloid A(SAA)and interleukin 6(IL-6)expression level and efficiency. Methods: Collect between May 2015 and April 2016 new immediately after childbirth was cut out 86 cases of umbilical umbilical artery neonatal blood 3 ml(a critical group of 13 cases, critical group of 23 cases, the critical group 20 cases, normal group 30 cases),by the ELISA method for serum SAA,IL-6 level determination, compare serum SAA,four groups of IL-6 level changes; The receiver-operating characteristic curve(ROC)is adopted to define the SAA,IL-6 in the diagnosis of critical point of tangency of a newborn, calculate its judgment, the sensitivity of the critically ill newborn, specific degrees.Statistical analysis:Make statistical analysis with SPSS17.0 statistical software.Measurement data is indicated with(`x±s).Count data using percentage.Multiple sets of mean comparison using single factor analysis of variance and q test, enumeration data using chi square test, correlation analysis of the correlation between two variables with Pearson.Hierarchical data correlation with Spearman rank correlation analysis.Diagnostic value evaluation using the receiver-operating characteristic curve(ROC);Appropriate tangent point determination by an index about the solution;Statistical processing test on both sides, with p < 0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results: 1.Case group of umbilical cord blood levels of SAA is significantly higher than normal group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);Varying degrees of illness newborn umbilical cord blood levels of SAA difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and illness is heavier, the higher the level of SAA.2.Case group of umbilical cord blood levels of IL-6 is significantly higher than normal group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);Varying degrees of illness newborn umbilical cord blood levels of IL-6 difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and illness is heavier, the higher the level of IL-6.3.Critically ill newborn umbilical cord blood SAA and IL-6 levels were positively correlated(r = 0.729,P < 0.001).4.The neonatal umbilical cord blood serum amyloid A the relationship between the expression level and the degree of the critically ill newborn, the degree of illness is heavier,SAA expression level is higher, which were positively correlated(r = 0.769,P < 0.001).5.The neonatal umbilical cord blood interleukin-6 the relationship between the expression is level and the degree of the critically ill newborn, degree of illness is heavier,IL-6 expression level is higher, which were positively correlated(r = 0.934,P < 0.001)..6.To diagnose neonatal umbilical cord blood SAA,IL-6 level critical degree area under the ROC curve were 0.925(95% CI0.867 ~ 0.983,P < 0.01),0.945(95% CI0.902 ~ 0.988,P < 0.01),the appropriate point of tangency, sensitivity, specific degrees,in turn,1.27,83.9%,83.9% respectively;39.76,76.8%,96.7%?Conclusion: SAA,IL-6 in umbilical cord blood can reflect the children with severe degree, better identify critical neonatal illness in a timely manner. At the same time,SAA,IL-6 also has high sensitivity, specific, and the evaluation index,Can be used in neonatal critical condition assessment.
