Prevention Of Neonatal Dermatitis Of Evidence-based Practice Research

Objective: to evaluate the prevention of neonatal dermatitis of evidence-based practice,and to apply the best evidence of prevention of neonatal dermatitis related to clinical practice to reduce the incidence of neonatal dermatitis.Methods: from February 16,2016 to May 24,2016,collected 734 cases of the object of study in the obstetrics of the Third Subsidiary Hospital of Shihezi University.The experimental study using the same contrast class divided into two groups.Regarding 401 cases with routine nursing care as control group and 334 cases with interference as experimental group.Based on The Seven-Step evidence-based methods to evaluate the best evidence has collected systematically and integrated it into nursing practice.Statistically analyzed the result of the study by the descriptive analysis,chi-square test and T test and other methods.Results: 1.The incidence of neonatal dermatitis was 48.38% in control group.194 of the 401 samples attacked of the neonatal dermatitis.The incidence of neonatal dermatitis was 23.35% in experimental group.78 of the 334 samples attacked of the neonatal dermatitis.The incidence of neonatal dermatitis of the control group was much higher than that of the experimental group.The difference was statistically significant(?2=48.96,P<0.001).The grade of neonatal skin conditions in the control group(3.31±0.39)was higher than the experimental group(3.14±0.24).The difference was statistically significant(t=7.42,P<0.001).2.After the training for nurses,the scores of the questionnaires increased from(73.85±14.46)to(93.08±7.51).The difference was statistically significant(t=-4.26,P?0.001).Conclusion: 1.This evidence-based nursing practice effectively reduces the incidence of neonatal dermatitis,and significantly improve the newborn skin.Puerperas can use the detergents and shower gel which suitable for the newborns' skin to improve the prevention of neonatal dermatitis.2.After the training related to the nursing of newborn skin for nurses,there is a obvious difference on the results of the examinations between two groups of nurses,and the scores of the examination after training was much higher than that before training.Training of evidence-based knowledge will help clinical nurses to master relevant knowledge of newborn skin nursing and cultivate the ability and spirit of exploring the issues relating to evidence-based practical nursing,providing theoretical basis for how to solve the clinical problems better.3.The "Evaluate and record in time ~ classified prevention ~ Individualized treatment" process of the newborn skin nursing made by the administrators normalized and scientized the management of the nursing quality,which not only helped the clinical nurses to put the intervening measures into the clinical reality more comprehensively,but also improved the quality of the newborn skin nursing.
