Clinical Characteristics Of Gastric Polyps And Their Relationship With Helicobacter Pylori Infection

Objective:To understand the pathological features and clinical features of gastric polyp under gastroscope.Objective to investigate the clinical characteristics of gastric polyps and its relationship with Helicobacter pylori(HP)infection,and to provide the help and clinical basis for the treatment and diagnosis of gastric polyps.Methods:Retrospective analysis of clinical data from October 2015 to October 2016,Shihezi University School of medicine of digestive endoscopy center of the First Affiliated Hospital of endoscopic diagnosis of gastric polyps,patients age and gender,the relationship between the size and the location of gastric polyps and Helicobacter pylori infection,so as to guide the endoscopic minimally invasive treatment or surgical treatment.By endoscopy endoscopic operation qualification for patients with esophageal and gastric fundus,gastric body and gastric antrum,duodenum angle,by careful examination,gastroscopy as found in gastric polyp of stomach mucosa according to the signs and characteristics determine the place,each lesion at least take a histological examination pathological examination by HE staining method,Helicobacter pylori infection,a detailed record of gastric polyp number,shape,size and location etc.Results:The First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University from October 2015 to October 2016 the Corps digestive endoscopy center detected in outpatient and inpatient of gastric polyps patients in 779 cases,including 248 cases of male patients,531 female patients,male to female ratio was 1:2.1,aged 15~90 years,mean age 55 + 11 years;in this group there were976 polyps.Polyps in 632 cases,multiple polyps in 147 cases;the age of 40-60 years old(58.9%),at the age of 15-90,patients with gastric polyps in 58.9% aged between 40-60 years old,single polyp in 632 cases(81.2%),multiple polyps in 147 cases(18.8%);the majority of gastric polyp diameter less than 1.0cm,for a total of 694 cases(89.1%);Helicobacter pylori gastric polyps in the infection rate was 37.7%;the differences exist in different parts of gastric polyp size(P < 0.05),between different pathological types of gastric polyp and HP infection are also different(P < 0.05),the infection rate of HP was higher than that of other parts(P <0.05).Conclusion:There are differences in size in different parts of gastric polyps,most gastric polyp diameter is relatively small,less than 1.0cm,mainly located in the gastric fundus and body;polyp of the infection rate of HP was higher than that of inflammatory polyps and adenomatous polyps,hyperplastic polyps may be associated with HP infection;H.pylori infection occurred in the the body of the stomach gastric hyperplastic polyps,inflammatory polyps than other parts of the pathological type of polyps more closely.
