Ischemic Bowel Disease Were Retrospectively Analyzed The Clinical Features And The Characteristics Of TCM Syndrome

Objective: Through the analysis of the clinical data of patients with ischemic bowel disease,to investigate the clinical manifestations and diagnosis of the disease and the TCM syndrome characteristics,improve the understanding of this disease,make a useful exploration for the prevention and treatment of ischemic bowel disease.Methods: Retrospective analysis of 3 hospital of traditional Chinese medicine study from January 2005 to December 2016,and diagnosed cases of ischemic bowel disease in 50 cases,based on the case of reading,from the general condition of patients,biological indicators,TCM four diagnostic information,and the related data were reviewed the descriptive analysis,summarize the clinical characteristics of the diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,western medicine,law syndrome characteristics.Results:(1)the incidence of the disease: a total of 50 patients(male)(n = 28%)and female(n = 36)(n = 72%),male: female =1:2.57().(2)the clinical manifestations were abdominal pain(78%),hematochezia(44%),abdominal pain(14%),and the symptoms and signs more inconsistent,with severe symptoms,characteristics of weight.3,patients with 1 or a variety of underlying diseases,hypertension in 29 cases(29/50,58%),15 cases of coronary heart disease(15/50,30%),9 cases of diabetes mellitus(9/50,18%),7 cases of hyperlipidemia disease(7/50,14%),9 cases of cerebral infarction(9/50,18%),5 cases of real the history of atrial fibrillation(5/50,10%).(4)CTA was performed in all of the 23 patients,and the results showed that the formation of arterial thrombosis,mesenteric artery or vein stenosis,embolism,dissection and intestinal venous thrombosis.36 patients underwent endoscopic examination,34 cases showed lesions with mucosal hyperemiaand edema,erosion and ulcer in different degrees,some patients had stenosis.Only 2cases showed no abnormality.(5)During the onset of the disease,there were 5 cases(10%)in spring in,and there were a total of 10 cases(20%)in summer,and a total of12 cases(24%)occurred in autumn,and a total of 23 cases occurred in winter.Mainly in winter.(6)tongue: tongue information for dark tongue in 26 cases(52%),15(30%)cases of pale tongue,red tongue,9 cases(18%);9 cases of tongue with yellow white(8%),26 cases(52%),16 cases(32%),thick and greasy in 18 cases(36%)thin,15cases(30%).Pulse to pulse in 18 cases(36%),22(44%)cases of thin veins,10 cases(20%),pulse string slippery pulse in 8 cases(16%).(7)type of TCM: 50 cases of patients with ischemic bowel disease syndromes: Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of damp,intestinal type,spleen kidney Yang deficiency syndrome,liver and spleen deficiency,spleen not controlling blood,Qi deficiency and blood stasis type,damp intestinal most type were 20 cases,12 cases(40%)dampness and heat in intestinal type(24%).Conclusions: 1,In the case of elderly patients,abdominal pain and blood diarrhea,patients with cardioascular disease,improve abdominal CTA and colonoscopy as soon as possible to make a clear diagnosis.2,the disease of TCM syndrome types can be divided into qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,damp and hot accumulate bowel syndrome,spleen kidney Yang deficiency syndrome,liver depression syndrome,pixu(spleen deficient)taken the fact,tongue dark,whitish,heavy fine most of arteries and veins.
