The Clinical Efficacy Of The Active Blood Lishui Method On Primary Renal Edema Blood Stasis Is Observed

Objective: To study the clinical efficacy and mechanism of the active blood Lishui method on the blood stasis of primary renal edema.Methods: Total of 70 cases of patients with primary renal edema,blood stasis type(acute glomerular nephritis,nephrotic syndrome,chronic renal failure)were randomly selected from Heze City Chinese Medicine Hospital in March 2016 to August 2016 for clinical research.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,35 in the treatment group and 35 in the control group.In the treatment of patients,the treatment group and control group all patients with western medicine treatment,the treatment is mainly used glucocorticoid,antihypertensive,lipid,immunosuppressants and support therapy,etc.The treatment of the patients in the treatment group was based on the treatment of Chinese traditional Chinese medicine.In the process of treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for patients with symptomatic changes,and 24 hours urine protein,urine red blood cells,quantitative glomerular filtration rate,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,prothrombin time,ANP,such as real-time monitoring,and recording.Both groups were given the same dietary guidelines during the course of the drug.Results: 1.The overall curative effect comparison: the treatment group effective rate was 93.33%,control group patients 71.42 %(P < 0.05),the overall curative effect significantly better than control group,the difference is statistically significant.2.Two groups of 24 hours urinary protein quantitative comparison before and after the treatment,two groups before and after treatment were significantly lower,on the lower levels of proteinuria was statistically difference(P < 0.01 or P < 0.05),the treatment group is better than the control group.3.Compare two groups before and after treatment plasma albumin,blood plasma albumin was increased,the difference statistically significant(P < 0.01 or P < 0.05),the curative effect of treatment group was obviously better than the control group.4.Two groups of patients were compared with ANP before and after treatment: both groups had significantly higher levels of relative statistics(P < 0.01),with significant differences.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group for the elevated patient ANP.5.Two groups before and after the treatment of urinary red blood cell counts: two groups of patients with urinary RBC said level has significantly reduced,comparison between groups,by comparing statistical tests before and after medication(P < 0.01),has the obvious difference.The treatment group reduced the effect of the patient's urine erythrocytes in comparison to the control group.6.The two groups before and after treatment serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen comparison: reduced before and after treatment,the comparison between the same group,through the comparison of before and after medication statistical test(P < 0.05),with significant difference.There was no statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group.Conclusion: Invigorate the circulation of the water drugs can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with primary renal edema,blood stasis,significantly reducing urinary protein excretion,reduce urinary RBC,reduce the patients serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen level,improve renal function.
