Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of domestic bone filling material with riching in ?-TCP by comparing the bone filling material with riching in?-TCP with Bio-Oss bone filling material.Methods: In this study,40 patients with tooth extraction from Qingdao University Hospital were selected.The selected patients were between 18 and 70 years old.There was a need of removal of anterior teeth or premolars.The oral hygiene was good and there was no systemic disease.The subjects were examined by oral examinations and blood tests on the patients,screening the patients.This experiment adopted double-blind experimental method.The patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was made of bone filling material with riching in ?-TCP and Bio-Oss bone filling material was used in the control group.The patients who were screened into the group were treated with tooth extraction and implanted with the corresponding bone meal in the tooth socket.The teeth were covered with gelatin sponge,and the sulcus was sutured.The height and width of the alveolar ridge were measured at 6 months after surgery.CT data was compared between six months after tooth extraction and six months after tooth extraction.Calculated the alveolar ridge vertical bone absorption and buccal tongue bone absorption,further analyzed the statistical differences between the experimental group and the control group.Results:Oral clinical examination of 40 subjects gingival growth in good condition,the experimental group and control group of the majority of patients have ?low-level pain,the pain is not obvious.There are two patients have class II pain inexperimental group,control group has three patients have class II pain.Total 40 patients of wound-healing with tooth extraction in experimental group and control group are good.Patients in experimental group and control group with tooth extraction and the healing time mostly within 7 days,The healing time with more than 7 days,the experimental group has 2 patients,control Group has1 patient,the subjects did not appear serious adverse reactions such as infection,allergies,The patients did not appear infection,bone loss.There had not have adverse events in the experimental group and the control group.Conclusions: In the extraction of carpal defects,comparing the bone filling materials with riching in ?-TCP with Switzerland Geistlich Bio-Oss,there were no significant differences in the growth of soft and hard tissue between the two groups and the osteogenesis and bone resorption.Its efficacy is comparable to that of Swiss Geistlich's Bio-Oss bone filling material.
