Objective:By the test of different emotions table,explore the psychological disorders in children with epilepsy and provide the basis for the diagnosis and treatment of children with epilepsy comorbid psychiatric disorders.Methods:A total of 113 children with epilepsy(not system antiepileptic drug therapy)were selected from the Fouth People's Hospital of Ji Nan during September 2012-December 2015,as epilepsy group.Another 97 cases of non-epileptic children in the same period were selected,and they were non-nervous system dieases(excluding children with chronic diseases such as blood diseases,heart disease,immune diseases,etc),as the controlgroup.The Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD)and SCARED ?DSRSC and ADHD were used to test the epileptic children,in order to provide a reference for children with epilepsy and emotional mental disorders.Result:1.The total scores of HAMD and HAMA were 10.49±2.48 and 16.02±2.77 respectively,and the total scores of HAMA and HAMD in control group were6.89± 1.05,9.68 ± 1.68,HAMA and HAMD total scores were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).2.Children with epilepsy were HAMA score greater than or equal to 14(Score more than 14 points,there must be anxiety)children with 41%,and was significantly higher than that in the control group with 12%,the proportion of children with epilepsy were HAMD total score greater than or equal to 20(Score more than 20 points,there must be depression)children with 52% and the control group with 15%.Obviously,the proportion of children with epilepsy was higher than the control group and very difference(P < 0.05).3.The proportion of Children with epilepsy and depressive symptoms(DSRSC score is more than or equal to 13)was 24%,significantly higher than that of control group with 15%.The proportion o f Children with epilepsy and anxiety symptoms(SCARED score is more than or equal to 15)was 21%,significantly higher than the control group with 13%.The proportion of comorbid ADHD was 28%,significantly higher than that of control group with 20.4%.They were obviously difference(P < 0.05).4.The proportion of children with epilepsy using HAMA score was 41%,which was significantly higher than that of children with SCARED(21%).The proportion ofchildren with epilepsy using HAMD score was 52%,which was significantly higher than that of children with DSRSC(24%),They were significantly difference(P <0.05).Conclusion:The incidence of depression,anxiety and ADHD in children with epilepsy was significantly higher than that in non-epilepsy children.All kinds of different scales can be used to evaluate the emotion of children with epilepsy,but HAMA and HAMD in the diagnosis of children with epilepsy who have emotional behavior disorders are higher than the only children scales,and reduce the misdiognosis.At the same time,we should pay attention to the control of epileptic children's emotions in clinical diagnosis and treatment.
