ObjectiveTo investigate the changes and clinical significance of serum interleukin-6 and tumor neorosis factor ? in children with refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.MethodTo collect 70 cases of children MPP in patient department of the Affiliated Hospital of Yan'an University from October 2014 to October 2016.They were assigned into RMPP group(n=30)and general MPP group(n=40)according to the clinical features, and 30 healthy children were chosen as control group. To take ECLIA as method to determine serum IL-6 levels and to take CLIA as method to determine serum TNF-? levels in healthy children and in children with MPP during severe period, convalescence period.Result:1.The levels of TNF-??IL-6 were obviously higher in children with RMPP and general MPP compared to that of control group. The differences are statistically significant(P<0.05);and the levels of TNF-??IL-6 of RMPP group were significantly higher then those of general MPP group(P<0.05).2.Compared the severe period and convalescence period, during severe period the levels of TNF-??IL-6 were obviously higher than during convalescence period. The differences are statistically significant(P<0.05).3.In mycoplasma pneumonia interlenkin 6 and tumor neorosis factor related analysis comparison, the levels of TNF-? in serum have positive correlations with the level of IL-6,with the correlation coefficient being 0.754.In the control group TNF-? and IL-6 by Pearson correlation analysis, there is no correlation.Conclusion1.As the disease of children with MPP was aggravated,The levels of TNF-??IL-6 in serum were increase in children with MPP.It mean that TNF-??IL-6 may has certain clinical reference value in illness severity of mycoplasma pneumonia.2.The levels of TNF-??IL-6 in serum varied with the progression of the disease in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia. It mean that TNF-??IL-6 may play an important role in the develop-ment of mycoplasma pneumonia. It has certain clinical reference value in the reaction progression and prognosis of mycoplasma pneumonia.3.the levels of TNF-? in serum have positive correlations with the levels of IL-6 in children with mycoplasma pneumonia.Note that both are involved in the infection of mycoplasma pneumonia.
